Closet Couture High End Consignment Boutique — Local services in Spring Valley

While I cannot attest to the actual physical store itself, my review is for the actual financial transaction of utilizing her consignment process. As you can see from the photo, I sent a Louis Vuitton beret in January of 2021. I never heard anything back from the owner. When I inquired a few months later I was told it had not sold. I inquired again in July and was told it "just sold." According to the financial records she sent me, it looks like it sold 3 months ago. Had I not inquired, I may never have seen payment. Sure, I do live out of state so I don't know if she's just not used to doing business with someone from out of state. Perhaps if we lived locally in Las Vegas this would not have been an issue. But if you're going to send something and do this transaction via interstate, I highly recommend you have an absolute expectation of communicating when the item sells. It was my fault for not communicating my expectation of when it sells, let me know, send me payment.

Update: it sold in the 2nd month according to the documentation. I sent it in January and it sold in the second month according to your records. So that sells me it sold some time in February or March but I did not receive payment until I inquired which was in July. I'm not saying she does poor business, I am saying be explicit in the communication and the expectation. As I stated in the original review that I've never been to the store so I can't speak for it. However, if you're doing it interstate, just make sure you have clear expectation and communication. And according to your records, it did not sell...

I am leaving in Las Vegas more than 3 year and 1 one reason why I moved in this town, because Las Vegas have Best High End shopping centers in USA, recently I had amazing deal with High designer clothing. Unusually high end looking store, it looks like an expensive boutique, but not like typical consignment store. Closet Couture is well organized and clean, beautiful exquisite inventory, but not too much. I saved a lot of money shopping there. The owner is very nice too. I highly recommend to stop by for "a smart shopping" experience. I have bought a beautiful Roberto Cavalli dress there for a great price.
