They treat my mom horribly. Steal stuff from residents. Christie yells at everyone and told a resident that the only way she would be leaving there was in a body bag. There is no actual medical staff. When my mom was in disposable underpants they only changed her once a day and never on the weekends. Saul returned a package sent to my mom because it had my name instead of hers. I had called the facility to let them know what was going on and Dave said he would leave a note on the desk about it. They refused to receive the package on purpose and sent it back. It was a replacement phone because my mom broke hers and they wouldn’t let me talk to her during Christmas time and repeatedly told me she didn’t want to talk to me and that is why she wasn’t calling me back. This place is a Joke! The staff dont care about the patients. I've heard them belittle patients, this place charge so much and on top of tht most times their transportation is down. You could wait days for your medication to be filled. If your not awake you miss your food and just get a snack! The staff members steal.
