I went to get breakfast today ( September 7 ) around 10:30 in the morning it was a One of the lady manager who works there very disrespectful very disrespectful She was talking down to the employee. telling him not to even help me , The guy he forgot to charge me Because she was yelling at him and I think he got nervous so when I try to give him the money the lady came back and yelling at me talking very disrespectful rude way to me , I ask a receipt she Refuse to give it to me and close the window on me . I called it to speak to her manager she hung up the phone on me I went in side and I give a back the food I also ask again to speak to someone Above her and receipt she wouldn't do it , she was very disrespectful very rude I will never ever go back there I hope the company will do something about this lady, There's no way this lady can be a manager to this place who have no respect for customer or for employee who...

Very rude service. Very untimely service. I had to speak first to get my order taken and even then I heard something unwelcoming. I had questions about the order which the employee did not answer. She went silent until I said - okay, I guess i'll get those then... Again, silence. I pulled up to the window and waited for another extended time. Two to three minutes later I am handed a bag with food. I say thank you and once again, nothing said in return. I understand if someone is awkward not replying- but it was evident this individual did not care about their job and did not care to provide service. I was handed the wrong order and did not have enough time to wait or complain. I would not recommend this restaurant. Went into the drive thru today as I usually do when I get off work. It is usually busy when I go but today was usual. I waited in the drive thru this afternoon for more than 20 minutes watching a black woman on her phone the whole time, not attending to us. Not only that, she’s working around food with her dirty hands on that phone. That’s not clean at all. After I got my order, everything was made sloppy and no utensils were provided. I’m not sure if it’s because she’s just on the phone the whole time or if this is a daily thing, but it’s unacceptable. I called the restaurant twice and no answer.
