Received a call at 9:48 pm at my primary residence in mountain time (not in Las Vegas where he called from) which in and of itself is a violation of the TPCA. The agent claimed he had the right to call me because my number is “on the public record” despite me being on the national do not call registry. That’s obviously not how the law works. I am entitled to up to 1,500 if the court finds that that agent knowingly violated the TPCA.
