Asian Sari-Sari Market — Local services in Spring Valley

I work in the warehouses right by this market. I am grateful to have a pit stop for Asian foods that doesn’t require a 40 minute round trip to Chinatown + dealing with the hectic markets. They have all the basics + tons of treats. Kewpie, the good frozen udon, curry cubes, tons of sauces and seasonings, candies and chips, etc. They also have fresh musubi available around lunch time.

Their prices are reasonable and frequently match, or are only slightly higher than, Asian markets or delivery sites despite the convenience. Take Kewpie for example, Smiths has the audacity to charge $10 for that as of me writing this review. Would much rather come here and support a local, family owned shop instead.

I actually wish they had more signage nearby. I didn’t know they existed for a long time and it’s a very small shopping center that you completely ignore on your daily commute. If they could put a sign out in the dirt lots nearby, saying it’s an Asian food market, maybe they’d get...

Surprised to know there a convenient Sari-sari nearby, with basic necessities of Pinoy merchandise...Store is clean and organized.. located along Sunset and Tenaya (between Buffalo and Rainbow) across the apartments. Probably need more exposure thru word of mouth and ads...owners are kind and hoping this review would bring in more patrons. This is convenient when u only need a bottle of fish sauce or vinegar or the likes, that going to the bigger stores such as Seafood City and Island Pacific is time consuming for only a couple items.. glad to have checked it out..now I know where to run to when i need something quick without the hassle of parking and...

First time to this Korean food market. It is a small market that will cater to the local area residents. I bought what I was looking for, Kimchee, only one size a 12 oz jar.
