What's not to love! Las Vegas is so much than a destination l, it's a great place to live too. Let's talk about Summerlin in Las Vegas, #3 best masterplan community in the country. Summerlin offers a higher topology therefore it has its own climate which is greatly appreciated in the summer. When it's over 100 degrees on the strip, it's only in the low 90's in the Summerlin heights. It's lush, clean and safe, a great place to raise a family, retire and work.
Minutes away from Mt Charleston, when you live in Las Vegas there are plenty of beautiful ski slopes ready for those who love winter sports.
I love e-biking and l have yet to cover the 2000 miles of bike trails around me.
Affordability is also an attractive factor. Las Vegas is definitely more affordable than most metropolitan cities but it is growing and people are catching up with the many appeals Las Vegas offers. At present there is an additional 20 year building plan in the pipeline to complete Summerlin as a community!
North Las Vegas is also an amazing contender sprouting new built-homes by the thousands. Sky Canyon is relatively new and just getting started with new infrastructure, mimicking similar communities. I love my community vibes, people come from all parts of the country and beyond, sharing and contributing to the expansion of Greater Las Vegas!...

But the technology was poor and hey everyone wants a new house, so we built ourselves a new headquarters. I love the use of light. The two-story front facing Rainbow is gorgeously, gloriously light and airy. The sunlight happily streams in. Ditto for the reception area atrium. All that sunshine makes me smile. This building has an outdoor meeting area for events. People spill seamlessly from inside to outside. A useful improvement over the other building. I don't remember the wonderful historic Las Vegas photos in the old building. I actually remember many of the scenes from the 1960s. The photos capture a sense of nostalgia amidst the modern bones of the new structure. The classrooms and the shop are on the first floor. The second floor holds the board room and the staff offices. I love the ladies room. It reminds me of the Venetian. High-end finishes! There is plenty of parking. It was difficult to turn left on Sahara from the old building. Now it's difficult to turn left on Rainbow. As the French say, the more things change, the more they stay the same! And yes, the wifi is...
