I went to the reopening of the Gold Coast today and I have to tell you I was very disappointed there wasn't any employee cleaning the machines after players left them. Also no wiping down of the chairs n actually it was dirty. I mentioned it to the worker who was directing players to entrance where they were talking temperatures she laughed. Bad idea to start charging a 14.95 resort fee , in April. That is no good for your Corp or who Ever is making these changes to line their pockets even more. Why do you think people go to the downtown instead of the strip . Do you ever think of that or are you that greedy ??? If you could respond , what would be your answer? I play here and every time I have a great customer service experience. Terri the cocktail server is absolutely Outstanding. Very responsive to customers and is always happy to see me. With a smile and a how ya doing and actually waits for the answer. I love that. All of her longtime customers love her; as do I.
