Traveled 7 hours to attend wedding ,when arrived to WorldMark , there was only 1 room reserved (aunt,nephew&caretaker-require 2 separate rooms) and located on the 3rd floor with no elevator , our 90 yr old aunt is wheelchair bound(cannot walk at all) the receptionist said we could “try”their sister resort 25 minutes away . Exhausted, we took the only other “thing they could do “ is 1 handicap accessible room with a pull down bed . Yikes. To get to this handicap accessible room was disappointing, not only was the dip curb for wheel chair access 1 of a very few in the carport , it was on the other side of the building and there’s an incline with so many uneven bumps separating the squared pavement . This room was located in the back , not very lit for anyone let alone for a disability room & it was right under the stairs so the notice from people going up and down the whole 3 day stay was unbarable, the door to enter the room was extremely heavy , I , myself could not push the door open and had the worst trouble holding it open to bring in our luggage and our aunt in her wheelchair , I could not imagine there being an emergency and being able to escape this room safely or at all , room inside was nice and comfy and the kitchen had everything accessible ( coffee pot etc, silverware pots pans dishes trash bags , etc . ) I do believe the counters were a bit too high for someone in a wheelchair had they been alone , the bathroom counter sink was too high as well . The weekend travel was to attend a wedding and it was beautiful , come time for our last evening there and ready to wash our clothes , when entering the area outside on the patio , the washer that sits out there had dirty sitting water in it with bugs flying around and at this point I went to the office to let them be aware of this situation and they suggested the maintenance come check it out , I felt very unsure to trust it would be fixed and didn’t feel like our time and stay there should have anymore distractions so we didn’t wash our clothes before leaving . May I add that when we arrived to check in , the front desk person who helped the nephew had him exiting on the side for 15 minutes while she helped other guest who were checking in , I went inside and asked why we haven’t got our rooms yet and she said she explained to the nephew that we had only reserved 1 room and she would have to look into other options for us . It blows my mind how this was ok , to push someone aside and help other guests . Excuse me , first of all , we waited In line just like everyone , were the guests she should not push to the side to help others first . I don’t care how difficult or easy our particular checkin will be , you tend to guests as they come and not only that, her presentation was careless and rude , I would have been more than willing to allow other guest to go ahead of us had she been polite and atleast sounding like she wanted to find out how to get us accommodated. . We travel alot and NEVER ever had an experience like this . On top of all this , the front desk women said she couldn’t do much more the the room she had to offer without the managers discretion but she can make a decision on adjusting the timeshare points higher because of the way the reservation turned out . WTH. I practice patience thank goodness but this really had me wanting to pull my hair out lol. What an experience ! That being said, it was just our experience. Everyone’s experience is just informative, that the next person can apply to their stay if something were to come up similar , theyd know ahead of time and know how...

I so very much wanted to give this place 5 stars but unfortunately, if I could, I'd give it ZERO stars. GUEST BEWARE!!! I stayed here from July 11-July 17. I had the mishap of leaving beach towels and 2 pairs of cowboy boots equaling in the sum of $500 worth in the FRONT STORAGE CLOSET (where they keep extra pillows, a swiffer or dust thing, and a vacuum).

Well, I called today (07/19/2021) to ask if my items had been turned into their "Lost and Found." I was shocked to hear that they weren't! I first spoke with a front desk staff who was sympathetic to my ordeal who then said that she would have a manager call me. I was in tears as my fiancé's $300 boots and my $200 boots are now lost in some dark abyss.

Mind you, the day that we were to check out, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:30am and check-out wasn't until 10am. We felt rushed and aside from that stressed out already as it was the day of my father's 92nd birthday party and family gathering. My partner had just arrived the night before and we had festivities to attend to in which she was only there to sleep, shower in the morning and get out of dodge as soon as we could so we could pickup my the cakes for the party. Somehow, at some point after we turned in our keys and checked out, our items went missing from the room to never even have made it to the "lost and found." Also, the property isn't at liability if you leave something behind - as I was told. The "lost and found," is a courtesy to guest who leave things behind, housekeeping finds it, turns it into security who turns it to be logged into lost and found. What?!

About 30 minutes later, Manage Jordan calls me, and I explain what happened in which, no one but myself and my partner had ever gone in and out of the room but yet our boots had somehow gone missing. Jordan was unsympathetic, unhelpful, rude, and dismissed me by telling me to file a police report with Metro Las Vegas. Anyhow, TIMESHARE OWNERS BEWARE (such as my parents who have been owners since Worldmark was a "thing."), GUEST OF OWNERS, and GUEST - this property is dishonest and management is unable to handle things efficiently. Sad, since I have ALWAYS had such great experiences during my many travels all around the US and outside of the US. As my partner and I travel more, we definitely are rethinking our decision to buy into Worldmark-Wyndham.

Edited: it'll be laughable if anyone broke into my room while I was still there. I had a BRAND NEW, IN BOX PAIR OF APPLE AIRPOD PROS, a LAS VEGAS GOLDEN KNIGHTS CASE FOR IT (NEW - IN BOX AS WELL) and my APPLE WATCH GEN 6, (THE WHOLE TIME, as, I didn't have time to set them up to my new phone) clear and visible right on top of the kitchen counter, which, of course, I packed away the day off because it was all there very visible to pack as my charging station...

I have been a Worldmark owner for over 20 years... been to a lot of them during that time, Many we return to as a family every year. I will not be returning to this property, however. Maybe I'm spoiled from other properties, but this room did not meet my expectations, unfortunately. I booked 3 rooms, and here are my Pros/Cons.

Pros: The property location is great. Lisa checked us in at 2am and was upbeat and friendly. Rooms were clean (one room had gum stuck to a door frame, gross). Bed/pillows were pretty good, no complaints. They put the 3 rooms close together (we had 2 first floor and 1 second floor rooms in Bldg. 19). The dishwasher was old but worked. I asked for blankets, and they brought them to me. The free Wifi was decent. The microwave was newer and very clean.

Cons: #1 issue was that 2 of the rooms were facing the street. I guess someone has to stay in this building, but I wish it hadn't been me. The windows are not of the noise-reducing type, there is no effort to reduce the street noise (my 2nd story room window didn't even have a screen, not that it would have made a difference). Tropicana Ave is a busy street. Sirens, loud motorcycles, street racers revving by, etc. at all hours, so close to the strip was absolutely terrible. I want to rate this stay 0 stars based on this alone! On the subject of noise, the room directly underneath mine reported they heard every step, flush, door opening, etc. I tried so hard to walk quietly, but they were disturbed even with my effort. #2 issue was that there were no blackout curtains. The front room/Murphy bed space had zero options to block out the morning sun. The bedroom has a screen to lower, but it isn't a full black out (see pic). So, for those of us who hope for a reasonably quiet/dark nights sleep, it was terrible.

Ya know when you're traveling and you hope for the smallest room conveniences to make things even a teeny bit better? Yeah, this room had none of those things. It's a small, basic unit, one bedroom. The shower had very, very low water pressure. The closest parking spots were blocked for no apparent reason. I was so happy to see a USB slot on the nightstand... didn't work. No blankets in-room, had to call and request. Had to get pool towels at front desk and the lady I talked to seemed super annoyed/rude. The main pool jacuzzi was closed, she directed me to one between buildings and it was the smallest jacuzzi I've ever seen (it was hot enough) and the surface inside the jacuzzi was so rough it scraped up our feet.

Anywhooo... you get the picture. Not a place we wanted to spend time at or bring other family back to. We stayed out or at our other...

Having work done at home, so I used this place to stay at as we have a timeshare. SERVICE: The front desk person was friendly and will give you a shuttle schedule, comedy show tickets, and some restaurant discount coupons. The shuttle from the complex will take you to the Excalibur and runs every half hour until 12:15 at night. LOCATION: Not the best neighborhood. Plenty of stores and food around but it's kinda shady. Be aware of your surroundings. Tropicana is a ho3 stroll. Very cose to the Orleans casino, Starbucks, Denny's, Subway, and more CONDO: We had a place on the first floor in the back. It was quiet until the couple upstairs started arguing and slamming doors and stomping down the stairs! Lol! Also, as shown in the photo, the door had the biggest draft! Looks like it's open, but it's not. Just not adequate insulation. The living room furniture looked like recycled office furniture but sufficient. The dining area was cool. Kitchen sufficient. Washer/dryer combo in apt. was nice. Stingy with the towels. ONE of each so if you're staying more than a night ask for more in advance. Also, they use the refillable soap/shampoo/body wash dispensers. Pictures of brand and scent shown. Check the windows as they were all unlocked! Wouldn't want you to get easily broken into. They do have a security guard that walks the premises. But better to be safe than sorry. The light switches are in weird places. The one for the kitchen was behind the microwave! Lol! Overall, it was fine. No real complaints except for the door insulation and windows being unlocked. WiFi is NOT included in your stay. So be prepared to pay for it or just use your own data. Would I stay here again? Yes, but not my 1st choice.
