Amazing experience. Wish we could give a hundred stars. Almost 2 years ago we met Michele to view a Las Vegas home. On impulse, in town for vacation, having just decided that we would move here from New Jersey. Michele went out of her way to arrange a house viewing to fit our 4 hour window before our flight home. First impression meant a lot. She was aware we were at the very beginning of our journey to relocate. Every day, back in New Jersey, for months Michele sent us listings tailored to our specific ‘wants’, and kept in touch while our house went up for sale. The pandemic began and for almost a year our house was mostly off the market. Michele kept in touch, offered advice, assistance, encouragement and more listings. Never aggressively. With compassion and professionalism. We sold our house in February and drove 2 cars across country. We aren’t young. Michele met us on our 2nd day here with her amazing sister Tricia. Lots of houses to see. We had 2 very capable, caring, knowledgeable, accommodating and so, so warm women basically at our beck and call whenever we needed them. Buying a property in the current market is daunting. So much detail and so many steps. We were staying in a rental so didn’t have access to a printer. No worries, the sisters were there always to help guide us thru. Helping to quell the many anxieties and zero in and fine tune what our best match was. We move in next week having closed 2 weeks ago. Thanks to Michele and Tricia we have just the home we wanted. Michele brokered the very best deal for us with the seller that looked out for all our concerns. We bumped into the Sisters selling Vegas, I call them The Dynamic Duo", while researching a four multi unit rental property in Las Vegas towards the fall of last year. They helped us enormously: navigating the land mines of negotiating with sellers, sellers agents, contractors and inspections. Prospective deals were creeping up in price, so making a decision to close deals was difficult, especially being new in the business. Trish and Michelle were patient with us and helped us to find a reasonable deal finally towards the end of the year. Escrow closure was a nail bitter when my wife who was on the purchase contract happened to be overseas. The Sisters did not give up on us. But pulled us through thick and thin to get my wife to sign and notarize escrow documents at the overseas Embassy, FedEx in time to close the deal. This year when we located another deal, guess who we decided to go with again: The Dynamic Duo, who topped it off and brought us another sweet second deal for this year. They certainly know the business in their city and are ready to roll up their sleeves to help any potential buyer even in the mist of a pricey sellers real estate market.
