Solid addition to the booming southwest. Dined in on Wednesday night in celebration of my fiancé’s birthday. We were able to boom a reservation for 2, same day.

Love the counter concept, rather than bar height dining, feels very PNW. The interior is brand spanking new with a classic, yet contemporary feel. Deep earthy tones, dim yellow lights, borderline minimalist. I appreciate it wasn’t a white linen steakhouse! Felt elevated but casual.

Bevies: Old Fashioned and Syrah for me, mocktails for the lady. I appreciate the simple wine menu - I get easily overwhelmed by extensive wine lists. The mocktails were thoughtful and not just juices mixed. They use Lyre’s, my favorite non alcoholic spirits company.

Foodies: Caesar salad intro split in two. Heavy, heavy pecorino and deep fried anchovies. Nailed it. Got the 8 oz Denver cut with bernaise, and the wood grilled lobster (self selected “surf and turf”) with sides of broccolini and pickled onion rings with crack sauce. Broccolini was crispy and laid over a bed of a yogurt sauce. Low key so fire. Pickled onions rings sounded better on paper.. finished with the Butter Cake. In a world full of butter cakes, this one stands out!! Do it.

Service: slow to the greet, they were busy. Started off a little stiff but as the meal came and went we felt comfortable and the server was attentive. Som came by with a couple of glasses of bubbly For the bday. Plus they left a signed postcard and ice cream scoop and candle. Nice touch.

Definitely a great addition to the Vegas steakhouse...

An Unforgettable Steakhouse Experience – Rare Society is a Cut Above the Rest

From the moment you walk into Rare Society, you know you're in for something special. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between upscale and relaxed — stylish decor, low lighting, and a buzz of energy that makes the whole place feel alive.

Now, the food: absolutely outstanding. The steaks are next-level — perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The butcher's feast is a must-try if you're going with a group — it's the ultimate way to sample their top cuts, and every bite is better than the last. The sides are just as impressive: crispy potatoes, rich mac & cheese, and charred broccolini that somehow steals the show.

Cocktails On point. The bartenders clearly know their craft — creative, balanced, and a perfect complement to the meal. The wine list is thoughtfully curated, and the staff has great recommendations if you’re not sure what to pair.

Service is another standout. Every interaction felt genuine — friendly, knowledgeable servers who make sure everything is perfect without hovering.

Rare Society doesn’t just serve steaks — it delivers a true dining experience. Whether it’s a special occasion or just a night out, this place will leave you planning your next visit before you even...

Our second visit in a month. We live in Inspirada, so this is not a short venture, needless to say, but worth it. Got a nice table with our favorite captain of the evening, Jarred! I say captain, because he literally bring us on a journey every time we are there. His knowledge and love for what he does elevates the food. Started it off with artichokes, ahi, and oysters. The artichokes were so good that we had to talk to Chef about the process! Oh, I forgot about the wine, last time we were there, I ordered a bottle and forgot which one it was. Jarred literally went through the receipts, to find exactly which one we ordered. A true testament to how much he goes above and beyond for all his guests! We moved onto the entrées. Denver steak, cooked to perfection, with a side of bone marrow, to put on top, of course! Side of Broccolini, which is my favorite. We wanted to try the side of ravioli, which is now my second favorite. We had to get a couple Lamb Chop lollipops,, because those are awesome. Coupled with some cream of spinach and tarro butter, which are my wife's favorite. For dessert, we had some great coffee cocktails and their specialty ice cream, "Fruity Pebbles" this time, which was a fantastic way to end the evening. Another absolutely phenomenal experience at rare society....

I’m still trying to find the words to describe my dinner last night—because it was truly unforgettable. From start to finish, everything about the experience was exceptional. The service was warm and genuine, the vibe was inviting, and the sense of family and passion from the staff was impossible to miss. It felt like every person there genuinely cared about what they were creating and sharing. And the food… wow. Every dish was crafted with such attention to detail, from presentation to flavor. The lamb lollipops were tender and perfectly seasoned, paired beautifully with grilled artichokes that added a smoky, savory balance. Then came the wagyu filet—hands down the best piece of meat I’ve ever tasted. Cooked to perfection, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and absolutely packed with flavor. And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, dessert arrived: a banana Foster cheesecake that was rich, silky, and indulgent in all the right ways. This wasn’t just a great dinner—it was the best meal of my life. A truly elevated dining experience that I’ll be dreaming about for a long time.
