Mood- Tik Tok
So I am constantly seeing scalp therapy on Tik Tok and was intrigued by this. I mean who doesnt want relaxation and the ultimate scalp treatment. So I researched and found this place. Funny thing I was just next door to this establishment a couple of days prior.
I went online and made the reservation for 3 people. I added a few additional treatments for us, plus for my youngest son a dry scalp as well. Everything was very streamlined and easy to navigate.
Upon entering was quickly greeted and we were each given a sheet that we had to fill out that addressed our needs and hair type. My son hair is squirrelly so we had to check numerous boxes for him. The technicians were finishing up with other clients so we waited in the seating area until it was our time.
We were lead to the stations to have our hair combed thru and towels attached so we wouldnt get our clothes wet from the scalp treatments. Once we were ready, we were each led to a chair that reclined. Soft relaxing music was playing and the treatments began. It was a very thorough experience. Massage was included for shoulders and neck. I didnt realize I needed this ALL MY LIFE. After your treatment is completed, you are led back to the dry station at which time you they either style your hair or comb thru and you leave with damp hair depending on the package you purchased. Tea and mochi was given during this last process.
Interior is quaint. There are 6 stations for dry hair and 4 stations for shampoo. Everything was very clean. Staff were amazing. Everyone was so friendly and hospitable towards my boys.
Would most def recommend - pricing is reasonable in my opinion for the self care aspect. Everyone needs to treat themselves to this at least once in their life. I however am going to make this apart of my monthly ritual. Make a reservation. It is going to guarantee your time. We all opted for no blow dry to give for more...

I first saw this spa advertised on TikTok. It looked and sounded heavenly. I saw the reviews on yelp before I went so I had pretty high expectations. My sister-in-law and I had an appointment today for a deep hair wash with scalp massage, plus we added on hot tools at the end.
I don't even know what to say about our experience. It was not what we were expecting and I'm quite confused about how this place has so many good reviews. The first thing I noticed was how small and noisy the place was. You first fill out a sheet about your hair concerns. Then they take you back to the wash and massage room. It was anything but relaxing with people coming in and out, talking, and the constant on and off of the blow dryers. The "massage" was basically non-existent. It was mostly just washing our hair and then drying and straightening it. Also, I had to hold my head up while laying back in the chair for some parts of the washing/massage. It was extremely uncomfortable. My sister-in-law said her lady held her head up for her.
The lady doing my sister in laws hair just completely skipped the hot tools on her even though she paid extra for it. The lady doing my hair really did not do a great job. I had to fix it once I got home. The straightener she used was cheap and bad quality.
When they sit you down for the drying and styling they bring you a cup of tea and a mochi treat. This was probably my favorite part of the experience... except that I can't drink my tea while they're doing my hair, so by the time they were done it was cold. The mochi was delicious though.
I definitely will not be returning here. I give it a very generous 2 stars because the people were very nice and my hair is shiny from the...

This is my second time coming to this location. I'd say the experience differs depending on the therapist. The shoulder and neck massage they provide is more or less like a light touch on your body that lasts about 1 minute. Don't have too much expectation on that.
I'm leaving a bad view because of the booking experience. I booked a 3 people group appointment. About 24 hours before the appt time, one of my friends got sick. The policy stated 48 hour window for appt change. We called to see what options we had since they don't allow online booking changes and suggested phone calls on the website. They just don't pick up the call though. LOL! They eventually texted me. I asked if we can change the appt to the week after due to the illness and they said no and no refund for our deposit either. I know we are asking out of their policy window but we are also doing this to protect their staff's safety, plus we are not canceling but to reschedule. I think my main issue is how rude their texts were. I also asked how it affects the deposit if we keep 2 people's appt and only change or cancel the sick person's appt. They didn't bother to explain and just said they would keep the deposit. I considered English isn't their first language and the rudeness might just be their unfamiliarity to English. So I offered to speak in a different language if they prefer. They completely ignored those texts and only gave flat out "we'll keep the deposit that you've paid..." So I'm giving a bad review for terrible communication.
Maybe just do a walk up next time and not bother with the appointments because it is a complete nightmare if you want to...
