Mood- Calamansi
Why is the flavor amazing? Why is it apart of my need, want, and desire trio? I dont know. I had this place on my radar and after a middle week lunch it was agreed this would be our part ( 2 ) of that extended lunch. Great minds think alike is all I could muster.
Upon entering was quickly greeted and asked if there any questions re: the menu. I originally thought I was going to entertain the coconut. But then that Calamansi glowed and called me subliminally. Maybe it didnt but that is my story and I am sticking to it. Oh my gosh. It is made in house and very fresh. I savored that all the way down to the ice.
Interior is very quaint. There are a few table and chair arrangements. Everything was very clean. The establishment is still in its new phase and will continue to adjust the menu and may have the possibility of adding new flavors as time permits. I may or may not have suggested Ube or Taro.
Would most def recommend - pricing is beyond reasonable for the quality and portions. Staff were very courteous and hospitable. This is the real deal. I think I could honestly order ( 3 ) and def have enough for a day with that. I have already plotted my adventure...

Jus Bar is a Vietnamese-owned shop that's clean and plays Vietnamese music, which reminds me of Vietnam.
Coconut & Matcha Sugarcane ($7) + Passion Fruit Pearls ($0.75): We had this on two separate occasions. The first time, the sugarcane didn't taste fresh, and the drink was very grainy so I wasn't a fan. I was hesitant when my husband decided to give it another try but it turned out to be so much better; all the issues I had with the first drink was non-existent for the 2nd time we tried it. I actually liked it more than the green thai tea kumquat drink. The Coconut & Matcha Sugarcane was very refreshing, the coconut meat was sweet, and the pearls added an extra pop of flavor that surprisingly complimented the drink.
Green Thai Tea Calamansi/Kumquat With Aloe ($7): This was a seasonal special so we decided to try it. If you like kumquat, you're going to love this drink because that's the dominant flavor. I like the aloe bits which added texture and made the drink more enjoyable for me. I'm not super into kumquat so it wouldn't be my choice of drink but my...

Very juicy fresh tasting juices made out of a base of cane juice instead of sugar , your choice of fruit and toppings. I had no idea cane-juice had so many health benefits like reducing inflammation and liver health. It’s even considered a super fruit!
There is also an extremely interesting choice of coffee available like ‘cheese coffee’ and ‘egg coffee’ .
The place itself is small with a couple very comfortable tables and chairs. Very clean and relaxing natural scenery.
Only downside is be prepared to pay a meals worth for the juice, can add up if your coming as a...
