Pressed For Juice — Restaurant in Nevada

This fresh juice bar is right next to my High Risk Pregnancy Doctor’s building. I thought some fresh juice might be healthy for me and my unborn child. When i went in, I asked the person behind the counter which juice they would recommend for a pregnant lady (me). They recommended #1. Directly underneath #1 was #11 and it looked sweeter with similar ingredients so i purchased that one. On the bottle was a warning label for small children or elderly people to be careful drinking it… but nothin for a pregnancy. I looked it up while i was sipping the drink in my car and the juice can have a parasite that can cause hearing loss, intellectual disabilities, or blindness …. Or even stillbirth. How dare they not have this on their warning label? I literally JUST left my High Risk facility located relatively close and they have no warning labels for expectant Mother’s? There should be a warning sign on their front door. I have been distraught since i drank half the bottle of their juice and Heaven forbid anything happen to my unborn Baby. Why would the workers inside recommend anything for someone...

Ive never had a issue until today and it actually made me never want to come back. I spent $100 on an order there and they shorted both of my bowls. I bought mediums and they were only half filled. When I came back for them to fix it they argued with me and they gave me two sides of acai instead of making new bowls. INSIDE THE SIDES OF ACAI THERE WAS A MOTH. Im disgusted and mortified and I will make sure me and everyone i know will never be returning to this location!

Update: I went back for a refund and they wouldnt even refund my entire order they only refunded the bowls and then proceeded to argue and say it wasnt their fault that they SERVED ME A MOTH!! They acted like it was my fault the moth was in there. They also told me the only number i could call to complain to was their stores number and they never pick up. Anna and that other girl working with her have worse customer service than an employee...

The staff were excellant. I will not waste any more money on the coco Crack. It is just cracked up. . Every time I order it I have to throw in trash or call for refund. This time, it went bad in 2 days after buying and before the date of use. They would have gotten two stars. But the shots of elderberry and B12 really boosted my energy. Plus, as mentioned the staff were just freaking adorable, great smiles and had lovely customer service.

To be noted Pressed for juice has replaced or gave a refund in the past. However, I just decided on doing a review. There is a problem and it needs to be adjusted
