Dear Starbucks Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store located at 6105 South Fort Apache Road, Lynden Square, Las Vegas, NV 89148.
On Thursday, November 14th, at approximately 6:40 AM, I ordered a small hot Americano. However, my name was not called when my order was ready. After waiting for some time, I approached a staff member to inquire about my order. She checked the system and informed me that an error had been made with my order and asked me to wait a little longer. Within two minutes, I received my Americano.
Upon reviewing my receipt, I realized that I had been overcharged. It appears that my order was rung up as something other than a standard Americano. I kindly informed the employee, saying, "I believe I may have been overcharged for the Americano." Her response was dismissive: "It’s just 30 cents." This response was embarrassing, especially as there were approximately five other customers waiting nearby.
My question is: if the discrepancy had been $3.00 or even $30.00, would it have been addressed? The fact remains that I was knowingly overcharged, yet no effort was made to correct the mistake. This experience felt unprofessional and, from a customer’s perspective, could even be considered unethical. T his is my first attempt to address this issue directly with Starbucks. I look forward to your response and hope to see a resolution that values your customers’ experiences and loyalty. For your reference, I have kept my credit card record and have a photo (and video) of my Americano order and the...

Read more"Location. Location. Location " is supposedly the key to a successful real estate purchase. 🟢 And that's certainly one of the keys to success of this Starbucks. ☕ It has the most non-descript art of the many stores in the Valley. 🟠 It has a pedestrian lay out. 🟦 You pick up your orders in the back corner which often gets crowded when the place is busy. 🟪 That said, this is one of the most popular Starbucks stores in Las Vegas. It has to be the location. It's in the middle of everything in the popular Southwest. Wet n' Wild. Bishop Gorman. Great restaurants. Outstanding pizza. 🍕 The store had to create lines in the parking lot for the drive-through because the huge number of cars 🚗 waiting in line was blocking access to many businesses in the shopping center. On Christmas Day 🎄 the cars were 10 deep. I went home and made my own coffee.... (it is never as good. 😯) And the patio--which has no vegetation in sight-- is a popular meeting place. Good luck finding a table. The baristas work hard and have always gotten my order right (I'm one of those that has that hated 10-word description.) 🎈 Since the store is in a pretty good sized regional center, there's always plenty of parking. 🚙 Oh, beware the jeweler next door. 💍 He has the most gorgeous things.... Unless you hit MegaBucks, stick to the...
