Wife and I ordered through Postmates last night. First time experience with this restaurant. We ordered the Red Curry spicy level 5 and the Tom Yum Chicken Soup spicy level 4 and the Thai Beef Jerky. FYI the restaurant only uses the web interface for taking orders and uses their own employees to actually deliver the food. For us, the delivery took over an hour. The end result was the food was not very warm... The Jerky was pretty darn good and the dipping sauce was by far the spiciest thing about our order. The meat is chopped into little bite size pieces and a good amount are left as bits. Although cold, it was tasty. My wife enjoyed the curry and stated that is was very flavorful. The Tom Yum Soup was not so good. To sum it up, it was chicken and mushroom soup. There was no lemongrass flavor and although the spice level was only a four (as I figured it would have time to seep within the soup) had zero spice flavor. As a side note I tried to order a side of silver noodles (they do not offer it on the website) I did order a side of rice with the note of the substitution (as our experiences have been very successful with other restaurants) but only received the rice. Our distaste and rating did not come full circle until about an hour after eating. We both were sick for several hours afterwords. Unfortunately, we did not experience a norm of the 4.4 star rating this time around. And, unfortunately we will not be venturing out...
Read moreDisappointed! I went to pick up my own food all the time. I decided to bring my family there yesterday. First, during the order, without looking at the menu, I asked the waitress if they have Glass noodle salad or Num Tok, she said no, we don't. Ok, I searched for my food option then I found Yum Wood Sen! So, i m confused, she did not know Glass noodle salad is Yum Woon Sen.?!?! Second, my 4-year-old knew his favorite food and he ordered Pad Se Ew pork to her directly. So, this is for KID! But his food was served with ton of garlic on top and not sure thai black pepper was there. I tasted it but i did not feel spicyness so I fed him but he ate one bite and insisted that it was SPICY! Then I tried his food again, now I tasted a little heat. So, I called the server and I told her. My son was very talktative so he told her that it was spicy. She insisted it was not. I asked if there was thai pepper in there, she said no. But this was spicy! She offerred my son Rice instead of replace his dish then she walked away. Also, she did not even come and check if we were ok with all the food - I had to ask for condiment. We packed his food home and I tasted it again and YES, IT DOES SPICY - THIS WAS TOO SPICY FOR TODDLER! Not happy! He was now scared to eat Pad Se Ew and talked about how spicy last night and...

Upon entering was greeted by the hostess. Was asked if we had a reservation and honestly no I didnt. Was in the area and decided I was getting a little hungry, so lets check this place out.
Was ushered over to table and given a QR code to scan for the menu. This new way of life is pretty simple at this point. Of course got a Chicken Satay Appetizer and Entree, Thai Pepper Steak, Wonton Soup,Cucumber Salad,Egg Rolls,Thai Tea, and this amazing Lemon Grass Iced Tea. Now I will say I thoughtly enjoyed that Chicken Satay, and the Lemon Grass Iced Tea. Those two items def stole the show for me. The Lemon Grass tea came with a separate mini jug to pour the contents into the glass. Talk about wow. I need this one again.
Interior is pretty decent in size. Several booths, and table & Chair arrangements. Everything was clean. There was a television playing. Staff was courteous. However the service was slow. My table was not really checked on.
Would recommend based on the food. Pricing was reasonable for the portions. Service as I addressed was lacking. Food was brought out hot. Just had to wait for the check, containers, ect... Maybe it was just the wrong day and def...
