My 74 year old mother went to this location and paid $30.18 for what seemed to my mother an express service fee from ups for a 4-7 days international delivery service. It happens to be that after 16 days the letter has not been delivered and after speaking with the Manager she actually corrected me very rudely and said my mother's letter has been shipped through USPS NOT UPS on a first class mail which is no more than $2. I could of done that myself but my mother chose this location for express service and she was never told her letter was actually being shipped through USPS. The receipt I have is absolutely shady and it completely confuses anyone. It is a scam and it has false advertisement. Here are detailed pictures. I will surely report this store for the abuse. I will surely contact UPS CORPORATE AND USPS. Stores like these with shady unconscious and abusive people need to go out of business. Why would my mother go to a UPS Store authorize dealer and they send my mother letter using USPS? The answer from the manager was: well, she chose our location and that's our fees for doing this for her! Incompetent, abusive, ignorant, unprofessional and shady....

SERVICE:
We arrived at UPS at 2:30pm, thirty minutes before closing. As soon as we walked in the store, the attendant said, "we're closing soon!" We were returning a package from Amazon. As we placed the box on the counter, the attendant said, "you don't have a label, you need a label." We explained it was an Amazon return and when we processed the return online, we selected the option for UPS to print the label. The attendant gave a loud sigh, rolled her eyes, shook her head, and said, "fine!" After she printed the label, we said, "thank you," but the attendant simply shook her head.
I understand the frustration at a restaurant, when a customer sits down a few moments before closing. I understand, when an employee does not want to work beyond their scheduled hours. Read moreWell it saddens me to have to write this review but i gotta let ppl know the truth on October 30th I paid for 2 day air with a expedited delivery date for Friday the 1st it’s been a week now and my package is still stuck on Label created and no one knows where my package is or has any idea when or if it will even arrive. I was told buy the store that my package was picked up by the driver. That day and sent out. I’ve been told a lot of things but the one most important thing where’s my package?! Now the store won’t even answer my call and let me know the update on my claim. I’m not speaking bad on the people in there Jubby,Joe, and Gisele seem like kind and caring people but this situation has me feeling confused and let down because I don’t know where my package is or if it’s been stolen lost or missed placed. They want give me any update like it’s my fault when I in trusted in their service. So be careful everybody I don’t know what’s going on but I do know that I haven’t had the best experience with them this last week. Hopefully my package shows up but it’s not looking to good....
