Sydnni and Miguel are the best! I recommend them to everyone and brought friends to be pierced by them too.

Miguel had the patience of a saint when I was picking out my jewelry for my conch (so hard to choose, they have a great selection), answered all my questions, and checked to see if I had the right anatomy for it, which I really appreciated. He was so quick that me picking out my earring took longer than the actual prep and piercing, and I barely felt a thing!

Sydnni did the rest of my piercings including my daith, second lobes, and multiple helixes. She is always such a pleasure to be around, super quick too, but like Miguel, checked my anatomy first and always asked if I liked where it was and was so nice about me changing the position a little if needed. She's also welcomed me in right away before when she was free and I had a piercing emergency (earring fell out of a fresh piercing and I couldn't get it back in, or switching out a post or earring).

All of my piercings have healed nicely, my lobes being super quick to heal (under 2 months), all thanks to their expertise, cleanliness, and advice on how to keep fresh piercings happy.

Can't wait to come back for another one once I figure out...

Walked in around noon for two piercings, third lobe on both sides. Miguel was busy with another client. He stepped away and asked if I could hang out for a minute while he finished up. I hung out in the lobby, checked out some cool paintings, flash tattoo binders, jewelry selection, and some cool sculptures. Shop is clean and well kept. After he finished up with the other client, we talked a bit about what I was looking for. I showed him the jewelry I was planning to put in after healing. I then picked out my jewelry for initial piercings and hung out while Miguel got everything ready. He measured the piercings out, took the time to explain the planned placement, gave me time to make sure things looked good, and got the piercings done. On my right ear lobe second piercing (done by a new apprentice like 15 years ago), the alignment isn't the best between 1st and 2nd for a 3rd, but Miguel did a great including the 3rd piercing so that both ears look symmetrical. Super happy and look forward to coming back in 6-8 weeks to switch my backs out/ maybe get some other...

I've been going to Sydnni for 3 years now, and I couldn't be more excited about her new shop! She's done multiple piercings for me, helped with jewelry changes, and even saved me in an emergency when I thought my piercing had closed. She's always kind, knowledgeable, and never pushes you to spend more than you need to--she genuinely cares about what's best for you.
