I recently purchased new bedroom furniture from The Rustic Mile, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience overall. I had been searching everywhere for a farmhouse look, but most of what I found was way too pricey. I came across The Rustic Mile on Facebook, browsed their website, and found several pieces I really loved.
Even though the store is about an hour from my home, it was worth the drive. Regan was so kind, patient, and helpful—she walked me through each set I was interested in without making me feel rushed. I like to take my time making big decisions, so I went home to think it over and came back about a week later. Regan helped me again with the same great attitude.
I decided on a set, but I wasn’t crazy about the smaller nightstands. Regan let me know I could order the larger size, which was perfect! The bed frame and dresser were in stock, but the nightstands had to be ordered with an 8–10 week wait. They actually arrived right on schedule at 8 weeks. When I scheduled delivery, I also added a beautiful console table I had been eyeing.
The delivery team was fantastic—they arrived early, carefully set up each piece, and made sure everything was placed exactly how I wanted it. They were polite, professional, and made the process easy.
My only complaint is the delivery fee—$300 felt a bit steep. But aside from that, everything about my experience with The Rustic Mile has been wonderful. The furniture is beautiful, the quality is excellent, and I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service from Regan and the rest of the team....
Read moreCaveat emptor - they will sell you junk then claim it is the "rustic" look while hiding behind their no returns policy. We purchased eight dining room tables from them and what we received was junk. These eight chairs cost almost $4,000 and took 14 weeks to make, when we arrived at the store to pick them up we noticed all had been damaged in transit. While noting all the shipping damage we saw the poor quality of the materials and workmanship. Broken wood; scratched, torn and stained leather; large wood compound "patches" and wood separation were initially explained as "rustic" before the management admitted to the poor quality of the chairs. They then quote their receipt where you are told there are no returns. If you have to buy from The Rustic Mile only buy something from the floor that you can thoroughly inspect before the purchase. There are many other rustic furniture stores, you are better off...
Read morePrices are great. Delivery was good. Found a spot on my new furniture that was not part of the intentional distressing and appeared to be damage. Spoke to a person at the store and sent photos, they argued with me continually telling me that it wasn’t damage and it was intentional distressing. Ordered 5 items with the same distressing and there are no other spots that remotely resemble the spot I am referring to. This spot the paint is flaking, it is deep and the raw wood is showing. The intentional distressing is sanded smooth and stained. They are ordering another item per our request because I refused to agree it was intentional. Probably won’t order from them again based on this experience though. First photo is a chip and chunk out and the second is the typical distressing on the...
