I’ve been going here for 6 years and have had every other extension out there and nothing compares. The quality of the hair, the life of the hair, the quality of the staff and owners is second to none. If you have not been here I highly recommend getting in immediately for a consultation with the owner Brenda who takes the utmost pride in her work and her teams work! WORTH EVERY PENNY! As a person who has not only fine, baby soft hair but now thinning hair it was important for me to find someone who knew how add body and fullness without sacrificing any of my own hair. I had a consultation with Brenda and she made me feel at ease. She addressed my concerns with the struggle of losing my hair and explained how her extensions are installed and maintained. She took her time, she she made me so comfortable, she is so kind and down to earth. I had no problem paying what she charged because I knew she was offering a premium product, service and staff. The product is amazing, the ladies are so fun & I love the services. My only recommendation would be to provide more feedback on how to maintain healthy hair & get it to grow while having the extensions in. I feel like I’m learning through trial and error & miss the tips that I’d normally get when going to a salon. The Maintnence is like a Maintnence without much feedback or guidance. I am constantly asking different questions to make sure I don’t damage my real hair. So that would be my only suggestion is that the people doing maintenance provide feedback & reminders/tips for how to keep your natural hair healthy while also taking care of the extensions.
