Delicious , yet super slow. I canāt stand it!!! It should not take 10 - 15 mins per car (order) why so slow? Are they shaving the ice too ? Are they creating the flavors in the back ! NOoo! Just moving super slow. Iām at walk up window, only person at the walk up window but there is a line at the drive thru. Iām at the walk up and Iāve been waiting 9 mins to just to get my order taken. There are two people working in this small hut . What is the hold up ? My friend just order 12 taco nearby (10 ft away) and the taco were order, paid and bagged. Still havenāt received my ice cone. Iām only writing a review because from my last 6 times here , itās been very slow. I came here last Sunday and I had 3 cars in front of me in the drink thru and we waited in line for 43 min. No lie ! Such a waste of time. If the company is reading this , you need to train your worker, get better technology, widen the space (if needed)⦠really loook at your camera and examine the process of making 1 snow cone in less than 2 min. Is it a coincidence that their logo includes a Bee and yet their location on Louetta is just shy of a bee infestation. Our visit on 01/14/23 was cut short because of bees swarming us. Staff had to take orders outside as not to open their windows to let bees in. Our 4 kids werenāt having it. FYI eating in the parking lot at our vehicle was no help as the bees eventually found us. The bees have been an issue for quite some time. Just a matter of time before someone is stung.
