I arrived at this shop over the weekend with my teenage daughter and her teenage friend to browse in this store. My daughter selected a pair of sunglasses that she liked, and I proceeded to the register to pay for them. The woman who works in the store, proceeded to continuously look to her right continuously, observing my daughter and her teenage friend as they were looking at some bracelets. The next statement out of the woman’s mouth is “You know there are cameras around, right?“ I heard this statement directly from this woman and immediately felt a sharp uncomfortable feeling up my back, as I knew this wasn’t a comforting statement to make to customers who are trying to shop in the store. When I completed my purchase and we left the store, my daughter’s teenage friend stated “Did she think I was stealing?” I immediately felt terrible that this is the experience that my daughter and her friend had as we were hosting the friend by having a trip to Houston. I called my husband to tell him of the experience we had who in turn called the owner. The owner immediately came to the shop and was very apologetic over what happened. We came back to the store to address the matter, l sadly admit I lost my cool in front of this woman who treated my daughter and her friend this way by making such a statement. This woman asked to speak with my daughter and her friend in private to address the situation, which I allowed. It was not until the next day when my daughter and her teenage friend informed me that this woman took no accountability over what she said, calling, what she said a “miscommunication“ and proceeded to tell these girls about her family situation, and other things that were not pertinent to what she said in this store, which, by all intents and purposes was an implication that these girls were stealing. This experience was nothing short of dreadful. I wanted to post this to bring awareness to what my teenage daughter, her teenage friend and I experienced. As a result of this situation, I’ve informed the girls that if any person doesn’t respect your dollar or you, you walk out...
Read moreI ended up not buying a purse because the gray short haired lady made me feel like I was going to steal something. She was just hovering and telling me to put things down while other people were left to browse without scrutiny. I’ve bought things in this store before but I won’t ever be back. Do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles to the downtown boutiques.. You’ll be treated waaay better. FYI, I bought a purse and wallet somewhere else. Update: After reading previous comments I’m starting to see a pattern. I haven’t gotten any emails yet. Another update: Jean Jensen basically called me a liar and accused me of trying to get someone fired. I’M DONE. I’ll either buy new or go to luxury exchange where I get treated with respect, like a valued customer and...
Read moreI love this little shop! I went there a couple months ago and came across this wonderful gem. I went in and found a unique one of a kind Celine bag. I have always wanted one! I looked at it and chatted with the sales person. I ended up leaving and driving home to dallas. On my way home I couldn’t stop thinking about the bag so I messaged them through FB. The responded immediately and were so kind. They shipped my bag to me and I was able to purchase it so smoothly. It came within two days and I love it soooo much!! Great store...
