I made a decision to invest in caring for my skin this year. I made a decision to seek options best suited for myself as I have an autoimmune disease and some of the “enhancements” I wanted to make at plastic surgeons office etc were not the best healthy decision. I scheduled a consultation with Amanda and explained my concerns, what I was wanting to achieve, and what my fears were. She has literally held my hand through this process, from explaining different solutions that work with my body, hearing my concerns and giving me the time to voice it. I have done my first session of the vampire breast lift, microneedling, and she gave me natural, fuller lips. She was patient, understanding, and encouraging. Doing new things is scary but this wasn’t. She called to check in on me from the office the next day, followed up with me about skin care regimens, and told me to call the office with any questions. I felt incredibly cared for AND the results have been phenomenal. One session of microneedling and I’m not even wearing makeup anymore. It’s boosted my self esteem and I did it without any fillers. My vampire breast lift (first session) is already showing results and I have walked around in my sports bra at home all weekend, not believing the results I have already. Again, Amanda was able to guide me in all of this in a way that didn’t compromise my body and I couldn’t be more thankful. I have two more sessions of microneedling and another session for the vampire breast lift and I can’t even imagine results better than what I have already. Also - she has the perfect touch when it comes to lip filler. She walked me through options, what she suggested the safest to be, started very minimal and she really took her time shaping and critiquing. I throw on some clear lip gloss and I’m out that door and I can’t put that confidence into words. Let's talk frow brows. Why? Why? Why ? They make us look so angry. I had gone to a place before and being new to the botox world had no idea what I was getting into. They over did the botox and I now had no lines but my face was squishy. Couldnt even wear a cap because it put a line across my forehead. Weird right ? Like a wax figure. I thought never doing that again, then 3 months later angry frow brow reappeared. I was referred to EFC med spa. I was nervous but acted as if I was all cool. Dr k asked about my health checked my lymph nodes. Then did a tiny amount of botox . He also made sure my eyebrows did not look like spock. I didnt even realize I had spock eyebrows until he fixed them. We did a small amount , i went back a week later for a tiny bit more. It was perfect and very natural. The entire staff is warm and welcoming. Fast forward 4 months went back to Dr K, got some more help with the angry frow brow and... The PRP microneedle facial. Now this was an experience. It was not miserable but not enjoyable either. They draw your blood, put tiny holes in your face then slather your own plasma on tour face. My face was very sensitive for a week. I was like oh hell what did I do? No makeup for a week. Hello a week later my pores are almost non existent, I have always had big pores. My skin looks peppy and has a slight pink tone. I use very little makeup. My natural color is better than concealers so I just pop the eyes and brush a little powder on my face. Turning 44 in a few days having peppy skin is nice. I am not big on writing reviews, but my recent experience with EFC Medspa is worth sharing. I absolutely love that place! When I arrived, I was greeted by the friendliest staff that made me feel like I was family. I was taken to the treatment room right on time, and was seated in the comfiest chair (think memory foam or a cloud;) The esthetician, Sarah, is educated and experienced (relief!), and has the sweetest bedside manner. As she prepared for the doctor, she answered my many questions about services and products, and helped me form a treatment plan to take some of these years off, yay! Enter Dr. Kiss, who is professional, yet super chill and personable:) We discussed my health history and goals, as he examined my areas of concern. I was already sold at this point, but the actual service and outcome are what inspired me to write this review. Their attention to detail, preciseness, and little “extras” were beyond impressive.
