Midnight Cravingz — Restaurant in Spring

Based on all the hype, i went to the Galleria (not really the right description) location last night about 8:15 PM. I was super excited and Reese (said he was 1 of the owners) was nice at first. I sat in my car and was eating my dessert and after careful consideration, I realized the ice cream tasted like spoiled milk. I did not jump to conclusion, but I did get out to speak with Reese. I asked if anyone else said the same thing. He said no. He let me taste a new serving of the ice cream. Still spoiled. He decided to taste it. He shrugged his shoulders and said "Hmmm, maybe." I asked what could be done. He said, try him again next week, maybe? Umm, no sir! I also asked what kind of review, I should give, he shrugged his shoulders again. I mentioned that i work in the industry, specifically cookies and ice cream. I don't think he believed me. Either way I support over 80 ice cream stores and I know spoiled milk when I taste it. I asked how long the milk was in the machine and when was the ice cream made, He shrugged again and said, "a couple of days ago, I guess."

Why am I writing? To tell the public to beware of possibly getting spoiled product. Without concern from the owner.

Also to say, the product is decent, but Reese's attitude and response was an EPIC FAIL. No refund, no coupon to get me to come back, not even an apology. All while he said, "well maybe,' to the product being spoiled.

This brand will not be around long with this type of service or this type...

I came to Midnight Cravingz on a whim and I was not disappointed! My kids and I tried the Pebble Crunch, Apple Bliss, and Strawberry Cheesecake, and every single one was incredibly delicious.

There are booths inside, which made it easy and comfortable to sit down with the kids. Even though there was a good crowd, our order was ready relatively quickly.

Another fun touch is the couple of games available inside for people to play while they hang out. I could definitely see this being a great spot for a casual date night or meeting up with friends.

They also had drinks like water, milk, and chocolate milk—there may have been more options, but I didn’t check thoroughly.

I’d share photos, but everything was so delicious we finished it all before I remembered to take pictures. I guess that’s a good sign!

Wish I could give this place a zero, tables were flirty. Music was so loud couldn't even hear the cashier, after placing my order and waiting for a few minutes the power goes out. Then comes back up after one minute. I understand nothing they have control of, after 10 minutes was told they could not make my order due to the machine not running properly. So I asked for a refund so I can go on my way. Was told that I would have to wait for a manager, best bet was to message the Instagram account because only managers can issue refunds. Crazy, I asked when is the manager will be available, I was told they do not know, that technically she was the acting manager and still didn't have access to issue a refund. Stay away from this place. Owners have no pride and do not care about...
