I was a groomsman in one of my best friend’s wedding, and he decided to get our suits from this place. When I girst walked in, I knew from the vibes that something was off. One of the things that struck me is how the owner handled our measurments. It’s 2025 and he was still using pen and paper. That’s neither here nor there.

My biggest complaint is the lack of accountability when the owner messed up our bowtie order. When our suits came in, I SPECIFICALLY told him we needed the oversized bowties. He had one on display, and after fighting me on the look of it, he agreed to order our entire wedding party the suggested bowtie. Fast forward to the DAY OF THE WEDDING: the bowties were NOT what we asked for. So when I go to the store to let him know about it, he was flat out deflecting from the mistake and it set me clean off. MIGHT I ADD that during this conversation he let it be known that he had the bowties THREE WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING, and didn’t care to do any quality control. The picture shows me holding the WRONG bowtie next to the one we requested.

I’m a business owner who also has a personal brand, so I expect better from any business owner. There were witnesses there that can confirm that he didn’t care about fixing the problem. He only apologized because I literally told him that’s what was needed for me to leave. He’s a joke of a business owner and I’ll never put a PENNY in this man’s...

ZERO STAR . A great disappoitment. WATCH OUT I was suppose to have a custom made for a great event and after given his Word to me GERALD was unable to keep his Word. The suit wasn't ready for the event and my money gone. The shirt and the bow tie suppose to go with the suit weren't available . If you want to avoid unpleasant surprises . PAY ATTENTION ⚠️ NO TRUST I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER ONE !!!

The guy told me i will have a custom made and instead of that he wasnt able to give the good color nor the good suit. He order a low cost and double the price , behaving as if he was doing a favor . Our nephew involved in the event need some suits and shirt and he said they will be on rental . The day before the event he asked 1000$ for 4 suits that was supposed to be rent at 125 $ Concerning the shirt he sole at 50$ some old shirt used for customer fitting . Finaly we went to K and G where we found the suit and pant plus the shirt and boot tie at 139$

STOP BEING FAKE and Abusing People. I'm not the only one to complain about this fake behaviour among People for the same country. And if needed i will post the prof and the screenshot of all what im saying. I went there because someone told be its better to help brothers business to move on, and it was a waste of money and a total disappointment . No need to come ans spray lies on line saying your are honest and professionnal...
