My hubby and I are from out of town. We stayed at a hotel down the road and stopped in to get a few snacks for our evening. This store is the WORST. We thought at first they were going out of business because more than half the shelves were empty. The store looked like it was literally looted just minutes before we got there. The cashiers were standing leaning up against a wall playing on her phone. This was close to closing time but we didn't know this because there's no sign. When it got 8pm the heavy set girl leaning on the wall, literally YELLED "We are closed! Bring your stuff up front NOW!". She then stood in the door holding it open rushing everyone out. So trashy, the store and the employees....

Every single Five Below that I have EVER been to has registers to check out when its busy, but for whatever reason at this one it's totally bass-akward...You can quite literally have a line of like 12+ people, there are 8-10 self check-out lanes (NONE of which are open 9/10x) They most of the time have 1 maybe 2 employees and they will make you wait and check out each person individually at the 1 register that is manned by a person. (Other people's time is valuable, employees get paid regardless of a customer walking out due to a line that should be in & out and takes over 20min!)

They were supposed to have their squish release event today on 7/31 but instead they had an earlier release in the week with squishmallows event written on the ground in front of the door with chalk. There were plenty people who were there early waiting to be able to buy the squishmallows but they didn't have them there and the employees acted dumbfounded. A complete waste of time and huge...
