Harbor Freight — Local services in Springettsbury Township

Went to Harbor Freight today with my daughter to utilize the 20% coupon for Christmas weekend on the US General tool box and lockers. Upon walking in the store, I wasn’t certain the best way to combine the coupon with the membership. Fortunately, Frank was available to answer all of my questions, explaining exactly how the coupon would combine and what options were available to me (10% off or 36 month 0% financing, ability to order vs requiring an in-stock item, etc.). After shopping around the store, we checked out with Frank at the register as well and he made everything very straight-forward and simple. I really appreciated how patient and easy-to-work-with he was - it’s hard to find people today who are so well-informed in their role & willing to help others. A great store, with great prices, great service, and great sales! This is my usual "go to" for tools, gadgets. & accessories. There's alot of cool stuff here, and i don't usually leave the store empty handed. They have some big sales! Certain major holidays, are the best times to buy high priced items, as you can save as much as 25% off of them! They even offer reviews on YouTube for different products. Get informed, before you make a decision.

This is also THE PLACE to buy gifts for birthdays, Christmas, etc. Although many or most items are imported (you guessed it-good ol' China), the quality is there. They've come a long way with the quality and value of their tools. This is a good place to get safety glasses and other basic safety gear, also. Soo much more! Harbor Freight sells low-cost and often low quality Chinese products. If you need tools or tool related supplies at a very inexpensive cost, you can often find them here. If you need somewhat decent quality tools that will last for more than the bare minimum amount of time, have better tolerances, or are better designed, you are better off looking elsewhere. The staff at this particular Harbor Freight was very helpful. It was difficult to get them to help because they were so busy. I'm certain this is part of the Harbor Freight business model, putting the minimum number of personnel in each store in order to save money.
