Gabe's — Local services in Springfield Township

I really like Gabe's because they have a great selection to choose from. I think they have very nice name brand clothes at a reasonable price. I have been in there and not had the best customer service but tonight it was exceptional. I took my daughter in there to get some pants and just to go shopping and spend time with her and have supper and we had a lady help us it was very polite professional and really made my daughter feel comfortable. My daughter is 15 and a half so her going shopping and feeling comfortable are kind of hard. We look through everything they have dog beds Matt sets for your bathroom they have big rugs that are extremely well priced at $124 that are very well made. I didn't look at the size of them because they were obviously bigger than what I wanted. , but I am guessing they were 12'×18'. My daughter got two coats, and a set of the cutest coffee/ tea mugs ever that she absolutely loved that we had to get. The coats were very reasonable . They look like High School lettersjackets and they were only $20 so we got two. I told her she had $200 to spend and with everything she got she only spent a little bit over a hundred I thought we got more than what our money was worth and we will definitely go back. Carhart jackets were $80 but are sold other places for 140. I wish I would have went here yesterday. I bought two dog beds at TSC that were on clearance one was $15 and the other one was $40 . I found dog beds at Gabe's that were $12 and $20 that were probably better quality and bigger . Next time I will be going to Gabe's .The time with my daughter was priceless. The s store was clean and the staff was inviting in courteous and the prices were more than fair. They sell too many name brand items to list them all if you have not been there it is worth a try go look for yourself. Sorry unless they get more we bought the last two packages of these mugs because they were so cute.

LITTLE RABBIT APPLE...

I was in here today around 6 for about a 9 item refund. 193.00 Baylee made me feel unwelcome and kept being upset for her having to return my items. Then I had a purchase and she rolled her eyes at me after she gave me a refund and I purchased a scooter. Jessica was great but the bad experience outweighs the good here. I refuse to shop somewhere where the employee has a problem with me returning my items negatively talking about how long my receipt was and how difficult it was to do it and that she doesn't care about policy she should be aloud to just scan the item into the register. And it come off she can't see the numbers. I refuse to go where they make their issue my issue a good paying customer. I spent over 1,200 there and only brought back 9 items and felt like a complete burden. You lost my business. I will...

Not a huge fan of Gabes.

Nothing against this particular store, just realizing I'm not a fan of the chain in general (I've now been to two locations, Zanesville being the other...)

Selections aren't that great, tons of the same things on the rack, and usually find more then I want wrong with the items I've purchased or am looking to purchase. Really don't think the price gaps are worth the lost quality, either.

Stores in general aren't kept organized, usually chaotic and messy, and little sense of pride or professionalism.

I think higher standards in the chain in general would do great wonders to the companies appearance.

Just not a place that says, I want to buy...
