Beware of their rewards for loyal customers. It is NOT half off the price you normally pay. They find any reason they can to charge you more. I asked the owners wife before the service if they honor the half off amount and I was told yes. When it came time to pay then I was told it would be half off the price I usually pay plus the $10 they usually discount you as you can’t combine offers (I wasn’t aware I ever received a discount). This was not a deal at all and it is not stated on the rewards card. I don’t like being bait and switched. For being the only oil place I ever go to, they are willing to lose a loyal customer over a deal their card states. I asked before hand. I asked which oil brand was in my car as I plan to have my car serviced elsewhere and was told synthetic by one of the owners. It seems that the management is not on the same page as to knowledge of vehicle services. Beware and be clear before you have any work done and make sure you know your out the door price.

Added after original post: When I get a full service done I would think the discount would be on the whole service (the same service I had completed every time). The half off discount did not apply to the extra quart of oil to complete the job, even though I paid for that same quart every oil...

Please do not go to this place for anything. I guess all their reviews are fake. I was so dissapoointed by their services and they were RUDE!!!

Here is my exeriance. March 2013.

I went to them for a oil change. They told me that i need a tire rotation,I was like ok. and when evything was done they chrged me around $100. I was not that disappointed yet . After i started driving my car the Car was swirling on the other side. I imediatly took it to another repair shop. They figgured out that the 8 minute Oil Chnage people put 42 air pressure instead of 32 and they have placed the wrong tires in and also broke one of my air pressure sensor. Evrything costed me around $200 to get eveyrhting fixed what they did wrong. So plaese guys do not go to this place. NEVER.

Hey guys a little upset with this service.I Came in for a simple oil change, A few days later I noticed a puddle of oil comming from underneath my car, I jacked it up to see what was going on with my vehicle and found my oil filter loose. I have a oil filter wrench in my garage so I tightened up my self plus there closed on sundays . I brought the car to them the next day to tell them what happened so they can put more oil in my car from the oil that was lost from the filter being loose . I gave the keys to one of the mechanics and as he backing my car to put it inside of the shop he almost hits a toe truck. He proceededs to put oil in my car and doesn’t even fill it to the recommended amount on the dip stick then tells me don’t worry you don’t have to pay lol . My family and I have been going there for years for oil changes but I don’t think...
