My second visit. I can see why there is a line out the door on weekends. Bagels are very light with light crispy crust and today at least were warm as they were freshly baked. An older storefront adjacent to several other stores. There was a wait to get inside as the store was full with about a dozen customers. Overflow customers line up out front (Sunday morning). Communal wait outside is nice to see residents, neighbors and passersby's in various stages of dress and alertness in the 9amish hour. Once inside line snakes around to the counter, it's quite small inside. A small sign with a menu (and small type) visible to those younger eyes and those with proper lenses high on the wall. I could not make out the various bagel styles but seeing the bagels in the display on the counter it would seem that they mostly do traditional bagel varieties. Friendly staff and several people behind the counter to pull orders. Organized chaos at times with multiple orders being filled simultaneously. Parking is also very tight and can take time to get in and out. I might recommend parking at an adjacent lot and walking over if you have a larger vehicle but I do not know where that lot would be. I don't really do bagel reviews or comparisons between bagel stores. The question is, are these bagels really that good or is it just the population density around the store and the small shop size that make it appear as if Kosher Bagels Supreme's bagels are off the charts. In summary I think they are very high up on the list of best bagels but need to try more bagel shops.

Was in Springfield NJ today and asked a local where to go for a bagel. Supreme on Mountain Avenue was the answer. Small place, counter seating for 4 or 5, good drink selection, lots of bagels to choose from and TONS of cream cheese options! Counter help was great, and lots of workers in the back room making the next batches. Would definitely go back just to try some of the other spreads they had. Kosher establishment, so no bacon or pork roll, but you'll find something else for sure.

We see a line up here all the time so we decided to try it out and find out what the fuss was all about. Our findings: not a very inviting place to eat (not enough space to even line up), they don't invest in their location, the bagel was so hard and heavy it sunk to the bottom of my stomach like a rock, the eggs were microwaved, the servers were confused asking the same people if they've been helped. Overall very disappointed for the price and the experience. Would not return.

I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service at Kosher Bagels Supreme, an experience I am eager to share. Placing a sizable order for early Sunday morning pickup, I anticipated a seamless transaction. However, upon arriving home, I discovered an error in my order. I promptly reached out to Bagels Supreme to rectify the situation.

To my delight, Brianna swiftly attended my call with warmth and professionalism. Demonstrating a remarkable commitment to customer satisfaction, Brianna not only acknowledged the oversight but went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved. She graciously provided the missing portion of my order at no additional charge, going the extra mile by including complimentary items as a gesture of apology for the inconvenience caused. Brianna's meticulous attention to detail and genuine concern for ensuring a positive experience truly set a standard for exceptional service.

Beyond the outstanding service, the quality of the food was excellent. From the freshly baked bagels to the delicious array of cream cheese flavors and delectable lox, each item surpassed expectations in freshness and flavor. It was evident that meticulous care had been taken in the preparation of each item.

Thanks to Brianna's exemplary service and the high quality menu options at Kosher Bagels Supreme, they have undoubtedly secured a place as a preferred breakfast and brunch spot for my family. Thank you, Brianna, and the entire team at Kosher Bagels Supreme, for an experience that has earned our loyalty and...

Staff was rather busy and handled everything with smiles and kind check ins with one another. Good teamwork! Bagels were delicious, but a bit heavy is the best way I can describe it and both of us a bit nauseous following (one egg bagel with butter & other was plain with cream cheese). Originally we came in for breakfast sandwiches but that changed as I was astonished to find eggs were made in the microwave here. Immediately no. If this is a bagels only place, it really should just be that. It seems utterly absurd to go somewhere where the selling point is handmade bagels but other breakfast items would be made like that of a college student with limited resources. Very strange and makes no sense for the price. I thought maybe this was some sort of equipment error or something, only to find out this is the norm. Hoping to see the staff cooking eggs appropriately on a stove or in an oven or just downsizing the menu in order for consumers to get the best...
