I got a haircut today and I did not get what I wanted. Danielle cut off 2-3 months of hair growth off my already short hair. I know she was trying her best but I actually hate it so much and its gonna be a pain in the ass to grow back. It does not look like the reference picture i showed and considering my hair before the haircut was practically the same as the reference I showed im not sure why she cut off so much. Like the back is completely gone and when I got home I realized the bangs were uneven too even tho I wanted to keep the length of my bangs 😪 i lost all my confidence. My mother came to this salon to get her hair done, she wanted highlights nicely blended with her natural hair. She came home looking like the picture I provided. They did an absolute terrible job. They can’t blend, the salon is dirty, and they wanted to fight us because we came back wanting to get a refund. You should rethink about the people you hire to work here. I doubt they even have their licenses. Maybe they should send someone to check if a single person has their license...
