Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Springfield

I bought a 7 piece sectional for $134 a month. When they delivered it there were several rips and tears all over the leather. There was also a huge 6 inch rip in one couch cushion. They delivered it and then started calling me the very next day for payment. They called me 9 times in 4 hours trying to get their $150! $15 more than what my contract stated. When I tried to fix this they told me that must have been a mistake from the delivery guy. They are a terrible company to work with that what nothing but to rip you off. I sincerely wish that I would never have gone there. Here I am three weeks later with the same rip in my couch having the hardest time getting them to send someone out here who actually knows how to sew it up. They had its own once and it came apart within hours. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and the rudeness that they display when you call the store. I do not do Google reviews ever but I could not let this one go. Save your money and go purchase your items do not use this rent to own company they are horrible. Worst customer service of the century I have never felt more unappreciated in my life. They will no longer get my business or anyone...

We've been going to Aaron's for years. They say "Preferred customer". Unfortunately qe have an issue with the fridge we picked up from them. Had issues prior to it being paid off and nothing has been done..They did state they would replace it. Unfortunately everytime we have called, we get the run around with NO callback. Even the district manager talked to us saying they would replace our fridge and he doesn't pick up or return our calls. Extremely disappointed with the service from Aaron's. After not having a washer and dryer for 2 weeks due to our breaking and having 2 small children, we were desperate and went to Aaron's. We had the washer and Dryer dropped off LAST NIGHT. After they left we started our first load of laundry and guess what. The washer is broke. It spins but it also makes an EXTREMELY loud sound while spinning. We called Aaron's and they showed absolutely not a care in the world for THEIR mess up and said it will be Another 2 days before they can send someone out to fix it.
