Although I found the store full of interesting and reasonably priced items I found the attitude of the manager to be extremely rude and superior. A few months ago I purchased a rather expensive torch type lighter ($13). I didn't test it in the store and, upon discovering it to be defective, I went back with it. As I entered be the store there were no customers but the apparent manager and the apparent cashier were involved in some type of conversation that was infinitely more important than my presence and I was rudely instructed to be aware of that fact and give them some time. About 15-20 minutes later (had distinct impression that this period was intentionally protracted) I was allowed to approach the bench. After listening to my reason for visit (had proof it was purchased there) I was emphatically informed that the store was not in the least concerned about the quality of their products after being purchased, and neither was the manager. I told the manager she had lost a customer who could have potentially spent significant money with them over time but that information was met with total indifference. My advice: spend no $ here! Went in for some smokes,etc came out with smokes,a pocket knife,etc and alot of knowledge!
