The staff was friendly but rarely left the desk. There was a hang up on our lane that took 10 minutes to fix. The arcade area was the worst: there were huge stains all over the carpet, trash and left over sucker sticks on the floor and a half finished beer left sitting on top of the change machines for at least 2 hours. They tried to stuff too many arcade games into a small area which resulted in not enough space to play games properly. Out of the two skee ball games they had the one that wasnt directly positioned in front of the pool table wasnt working and kept getting quarters stuck in it leaving people to play on the other one where they wound up smacking their hands on the pool table on the back swing. They had a foosball style game that dispensed bouncy balls as the game ball which was shoved almost all the way against the wall so only small children could get behind it and play the game. Out of three pool tables they only had one sad piece of chalk that was more than half used and should have just been thrown away. Also the pool table my son and I had used was missing one of the balls (and no it hadnt just gotten stuck in the chute I looked.) There were also pool cues that had been left leaning around the machines and no member of the staff had bothered to do a walk around and put them back where they belonged. I had chosen Enterprise Lanes because the last time I went there it was a better option than Sunshine Lanes (which if I remember correctly had still allowed smoking inside although it had been a few years since I went to either.) However, after today I would have almost rather endure the smoke at Sunshine Lanes than go back and be in such an ill kept environment. I probably wont be returning to this location...

Read moreLast evening, our group attended a party, which initially proved to be an enjoyable experience. However, later that night, it devolved into a distressing situation characterized by disrespect and insults from a young staff member at the front. One individual in our party inadvertently stepped onto the lane. Rather than receiving a courteous explanation regarding the inappropriateness of this action—a fundamental aspect of customer service—we were met with the remark, "If you all had any common sense in your heads, this wouldn't be happening." Are you serious? This was not said merely once, but on two occasions.
First and foremost, we offered our apologies, acknowledging that mistakes can occur. Secondly, it is unacceptable for you to insult us due to your own pride. Additionally, some members of our group, who were subjected to your rude remarks, have disabilities—this is not merely an excuse. It is essential to remember how you treat others; you do not possess the full context of the situation. Regrettably, we will not be returning. I would advise future groups to consider alternative venues.
0 out of 5 stars if I could! These occurrences of last night troubled me significantly, prompting me to share this...
