It's just a bank really... I keep having problems with this branch... my latest was I called and messaged on app to see about getting a document notarized... sure we can do that for you... drove 20 min o e way and the lady says " oh I cant notorize this"... Why not... said she dont know... well do I need some sort of special notary for it... she dont know... well where can I get it done... she dont know... left and call another branch and they say they don't understand why sunshine branch said that... I went to ups store and got it motorized no problem... so many issues with these people... sent money once to someone and it wouldn't go thru... declined declined declined... call bank and they say keep trying and if no luck call back tomorrow... next I know they sent almost $800 dollars to PayPal the charged me overdraft fees.... asked " have a good friend wants to sign a check over to me... can he endorse and give to me and I endorse and deposit in my account..." response " unfortunately we are unable to do that" that should be these people's moto !!! Be better off to just have a regular walmart or some other debit card... I have a long list of complaints... if you are considering using this bank my suggestion is...

Once they were bought by the Bank of Missouri and changed their name the service has been awful constant issues with needing new cards accounts locking for unknown reasons and now a fully automated call system that cannot answer any of my questions. Bank of Bolivar had a person available on a 24-hour call line for any questions I might have had Bank of Missouri has no such thing Bank of Missouri needs to learn they have to have a 24-hour human operated hotline. Read moreI have had an Aspire credit card which is issued via The Bank of Missouri for several years and today I received an email saying that my account will be subject to a $5 a month maintenance fee for literally no reason. I have never been late on a payment, never carried a balance over even a single month, and have a 750 credit score. I called and spoke with their customer service, and they can’t tell me what the fee is for, claim that it’s legitimate as per the cardholder agreement, but couldn’t site where in the agreement it states that they have the right to make up random fees, and I can either close my account or agree to pay $60 a year, broken up as $5 a month.
