I had a mysterious $100 payment try to come out of my checking account and Great Southern fraud alert caught it and verified with me whether I had made this payment or not. When I responded "no" my debit card was deactivated naturally.so now I'm in the middle of a workday without much time and I need to have a new debit card made. I walk in and within five minutes I'm in Thomas is office and another five minutes after that I've got my new debit card. That was really quick! Thomas was a totally cool dudeand I wish I could remember the tellers name because she deserves to be mentioned for being so polite and getting me in there so fast. so thank you Thomas!
