From my cashew chicken trail series of reviews.
Surprisingly, there were more differences than I expected between the two Hyvee locations. This breading was closer to a corn starch breading than the other. The chicken here wasn’t dry. I’d still like a mix of white and dark meat. Sauce was no longer overwhelmingly sweet, but still slightly sweet. It was for sure one of the better sauces so far. No green onions even though I said “yes” when they asked if I wanted cashews and onions. The rice was more fried than the last, but still had that “sat in an open warmer” texture. It had little flavor too. The side options were the same, but the pot stickers actually looked like they stuck to the pot. Read moreThis is one of the cleanest grocery stores I have been in.i have seen grocery stores in every state from here to Washington state, this by far is the nicest. they have a huge variety of everything they cut your beef how you want it and wrap it right in front of you. The workers kept all health food standards that I was able to see. The prices are cheaper than other stores and the produce numbers on the sticker on your vegetables starts with 4's and 6's unlike Walmart they are all full genetically modified.. if you care about your health start buying your food from places like...
Read moreThe issues were more management's fault than anyone else's. We went to get some food and they had samples right by the front door. The samples servers were told the food was at the deli. The deli servers said they didn't have it so to try the Walburger shop directly beside them. Walburger had no clue. So basically no one had the food that they had samples for up front.
