Firstly, I will say that the product I ordered is of good quality and was done correctly. That is worth the 1 star. Every other aspect of this company is a fiasco. There was an issue with the factory that produced the varsity jacket ordered- I do not fault Flashions for that nor take it into account in my poor rating. (My order took over 8 months) They do not communicate unless you initiate it. They are unapologetic and seem to not even be concerned that they have not communicated any updates or that you have not received a product of which you have ordered and pre-paid several hundred dollars. They make zero attempt to compensate you in any way for delays or problems. I would not use this company for anything unless there is a change in ownership. This is inaccurate as you first told me you refunded coach and ask them then immediately admitted to only initially providing partial refund and was waiting to refund the rest to the coaches (they can’t refund what they don’t have). I didn’t eventually get my refund from the coaches. You refunded me and asked me to remove my review on here. Which I would have done until you responded with inaccurate information. Extremely disappointed. A group order was placed in end of November/December-ish. Order was never received. Had to fight tooth and nail to get back our refund (which still isn’t in hand). I’m shocked at the level of how unprofessionally this was all handled by the staff at Flashions. I was promised returned calls etc. Which I never received.
