I was sitting here reading some of the reviews. I'm not sure who's writing. These reviews, this must be somebody. That's related to someone who owns the store. Because this store looks good. Furniture looks good, but the furniture that I purchased was defective. I got this furniture in December of 2024. Didn't have a lot of time to spend at home. In December so we really didn't get the use the furniture or pay a lot of attention to it. But when we return home, I can see that the furniture seems Lopsided. So I of course. Got a leveler out. And sure enough. It is not just 11 side, it was a sectional. And it came in 2 pieces. The pieces didn't actually fit together. The cushions were just overlapping the gap. Tried to call the store several times never did. I get an answer until March. That's crazy and then they say I need to call the leasing company because they're Going Out of business. And the store has been sold to someone else. And then I remember sing this store going out of business like 2 or 3 years ago. And it's going out of business again, but it's been going out of business for 2 or 3 months now. Still have the furniture sitting in my house waiting for? The leasing companies pick up team to come and get it, which is not their fault. Because I've actually been out-of-state so that's me. I can't wait to get the lop sided. Furniture gone. Next time I'll just go to Big Sandy superstore. I want waste my time with no store like this ever again. And why does nobody ever answer that phone there? That's crazy. Read moreLet me tell you how I had this for 4 months. How I took a cushion off and this was the result. I can not even think how this happens just by taking a cushion off. The employees are rude!! I got a run around for a whole month and that the owner of the store has been out on vacation (or whatever) the whole time I’ve been trying to get this fixed! They say they will show up and never show; tell me they will try to fix it if not they will MAYBE try to replace it. The conversation with this staff was unbelievable. From being passed to someone mid conversation to “I don’t like your tone.” Of course I’m calling with a tone I’ve been patient enough. Yes I’m gonna say I not paying for a broken item and being told I can’t return it to them cuz they don’t pick up items yet they are picking up the love seat.. long story short...
Read moreThis store is really pleasant and has a lot of variety. I’ve visited other furniture stores and they often only have 1 type of furniture. Thankfully this store has lots of different options. The store itself is clean and all pieces are clean and new. The employee or owner (unsure) was very nice, he approached me as I was browsing and asked if I needed help. The store ended up having quite literally exactly what I was looking for, and the checkout experience was easy enough. They have a delivery service I used and they were fantastic as well. As far as prices go, they seemed fairly run of the mill to me, but I’m not one to really worry about the price if it’s something I really love, so I’m not the best judge on that.
