Cannabis Expert: smoking since 1992. If you care about your health, you will want to stay far away from Flora and Head Change. As someone with COPD, I can only smoke or vape Rosin. Unfortunately, I can't even smoke live resin due to solvents being used. Well as we all know there have been many great sales this harvest season but Flora and Head Change got me tonight..this is after giving them second chance after purchasing a yucky 2 gram puck of Enforcer rosin that is unsmokable to someone with my ailment COPD. I have to have clean medical grade Rosin, not even flower. I have been stocking up this sale season, but was taken for a ride today. Flora/Springfield has Head Change vapes on sale with what looks to be sauce, live resin, and live rosin. In my haste ordering, I thought the 'Hash Burger n Paradise' all in one was a live rosin due to the price $44 with 20% off, so normally $55 very similar prices to other live rosin 0.5 vapes...even all in one vapes. PROPER has nice all in one vapes that are priced great. In fact, that's how I knew it wasn't rosin the package felt too cheap...on second thought that may be Head Change. Head Change does have a 0.5 live rosin for $55...i.e. deceptive. After not being able to dab a 2 g puck of live rosin Enforcer and now getting sold live resin at live rosin prices (and I can't smoke it either) and the service was so abysmal the error was missed at the window. I am sure they are trained not to recap I can't chance my health do I will not be giving Head Change another chance. When I worked retail, I recapped orders...how much more should they recapped a medical order? Head Change is NOT a medical brand and Flora is not a medical dispensary. All they care about is stocking the shelves low and selling the them high and if they can'tthey will trick so poor old person like me that canhardlysee the order anyway.In the last 10 years, I have had my medical license in 5 states and I consider myself an expert at this point. If you are rec, maybe chance it but if you need medicine don't waste your time or money. They have deceptive marketing practices that will be reported to our new AG. I will also be providing samples of this Enforcer and I accidentally hit the Head Change Hash BurgerN Paradise 0.5 vape for $44 ...20% off..." live resin" and it tasted like distillate 100% so Head Change is gonna get tested even if I have to pay for it myself. I just can't get over their marketing...they know people will mess up and mistake the product due to pricing, as there are many all in one vapes being sold for around the same price. Get it gone to make room for harvest they only care about the bottom line. Recap, please for the sake of accuracy just recap orders and bam that cuts 99% of this out in day one. Overall very uncomfortable experience. The spots for parking are very small and the way the lot is set up, leaves room for accidents. Aside from that the employees were really unenthusiastic almost to the point of seeming to hate their job. The employee I spoke with for purchase didn’t have any knowledge on textures of concentrate, and was all around kind of awkward.

The wait to get in the back wasn’t very long and there weren’t too many people in there. The conversations between employees and customers I could overhear were not very adult. Almost giddy like “ohhh we shouldn’t be doing this, can you believe this is happening.”

Oddly enough some of the clientele made me feel comfortable, however there was a really good number of the type of people I normally don’t like to be around at once. Kind of gangsta and scary. Not sure if it’s the side of town (unaware if they have other locations).

All in all it was nothing like the professionalism and experience I have noted when in other states with med and or rec programs. I always feel like it’s so much safer just to go to the store, get a receipt with your purchase, know for sure what you got, and make it home safe rather than dealing with friends or colleagues. This particular experience left me feeling like that’s what I had done anyway. I felt sort of grimy afterwards.

Trying to get out of the lot, a truck came whipping around from an area where they cannot see and honked aggressively at me (they are the one in a lifted truck who should be driving through that section of the lot slowly and carefully anyway) but just the overall experience and way things are set up, the quality of the employees and the discomfort made me feel like I don’t want to check this place out again.

Just thought I would leave an honest review. Most of the reviews seem to be from people just happy to have pot in general and you could beat them with a 2x4 while shopping and they’d still leave a good review because they got their weed. This is a little more in detailed about the quality of the experience overall. Haven’t tried the product yet so cannot comment on it. They are one of the cheapest dispensary places this city sofar they also have it to where get great deals if you set up an account you will earn discounts on your next purchases you can use them and they will also let you save them up as much as you want to get half off or a free item after about 2 or 3 maybe 4 at most depending on how much you spend on your purchases and how much the item your saving to actually get for real for free with saved points you earn points by the dollar spent so many points for every dollar you spend.And they also have discounted days where some days sometime's not all the time but some days on certain weekdays and weekends they have 25% to 50% off of one of their variety of item's whether or not it be the flower's, Attible's or Edibles same thing or sometimes it's the cartridge's, drinkable's or I've heard of body creams and then of course they have their 3 or 4 different styles of dabs sugarary or salty looking wax then they have a buttery looking one I know of and the wax which I think they are all called live resins so yes I very much recommend Flora Farms if you want to be able to get some brands of their higher quality higher grade for some brands of their higher grade substance's for cheaper prices Don't hurt to give the place a try but they have friendly professional staff that seems to know what they're working with and different types of substance's side effects cause they all have different head or body types of high just have to find what works helps and is the right...
