Owner of xom0lez is nothing but a total shady price! Plays nice then makes sure your business fails! He will flood the vacant units above yours (multiple businesses affected) because he knows the deductible on the required insurance is more than what you have... then offers you a place where the rent is more! In that lease though, unlike the one you got flooded out of, you are responsible for everything! And there is A LOT thT needs to be done! But he rushes you in before you find out ALL of the issues)we had an HVAX issues for months and we were told we were lucky (after fighting) that he paid... one issue and there are soooo many!!! Watch out for Rick McGhee and his agents... for you and...

There's food of different kinds here, you can even buy a new car in this shopping center! But everyone must try PhoKim if you haven't already. The food is almost as amazing...
