Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Springfield

My first time in This Victoria secret. The young employees were too busy chatting among themselves folding underwear to notice they had customers to help and we're not helpful at all. I asked if they could show.me this womans underwear on the manikin.there were very little customers that day the male employee just points and says over there in another room .They all acted like I was a bother .No one behind the check out register in second room. Had to look for someone else to get a changing room unlocked.She didn't have the key and had to look for someone. I asked the cashier not to leave a security tag on and when I got home there was one left on a shirt I planned to wear that weekend to go out of town but couldn't til I brought it back the next week. I was not happy! Cashier took forever to ring me up .Didn't know how to do some transactions .They need to supervise their employees better and give them training on customer service. I spent a lot of money that day. I can go to Macy's instead. This was few months ago. Hopefully it's better or not going back there. Worst customer service ever.alot of clutter behind the registers. While the remodeled store is nice, the consistency of available product in quantities (why only have 10 items of something or if you are not the first 3 customers in the store for a promotion then you are SOL), plus not having multiples in standard sizes or even having items on display that you do not stock just wastes everyone's time.

Then if you do find something, expect an extremely long wait to check out due to their cashwrap only having 2-3 people even though there are 7+ other employees standing around chatting doing nothing on the floor.

If you have a problem, don't ask for a manager as Lauren (store manager working today) is completely useless to assist and willing to cause long term customer with hundreds of dollars of merchandise in their bag to walk out due to her bitchy attitude and lack of willingness to resolve a simple problem with defective merchandise.

Save your time and go to St. Louis or Chicago if you want a store that has a decent selection of products and sizes, plus managers that want to...

Absolute worst store I've ever been to. Id rather drive to st.louis or shop online then ever step foot in that store again. Rude customer service and they never know the products they have. How many managers are there exactly? Every time I've been in there's a new one. No wonder the store looks like it does. The employees all stand around and talk and never offer assistance unless approached and when they do try to help they try to pressure you in to a sale you don't want and that you said countless times or they're trying to get you to sign up for a credit card and won't take no for an answer. I don't know who's actually running the place or hiring people but teenage kids aren't getting the job done. I will never shop...
