The last review of this place was over 2 years ago. Perhaps a fresh new one might be helpful.

I needed a replacement plug for one of my machines at work. Hoping to support someone local, I visited this establishment. Now whether it was due to the fact that I didn’t “have an account” or whether it was because I may have appeared ignorant because I asked for what I needed by photograph or if the company genuinely charges what they charge and there was nothing malicious or scheming about it. I was given the part I asked for and when I was told the price, I definitely raised my eyebrows. Understanding that I am a retail buyer and not a contractor with an account, I paid for the part and left. I just so happened to need to go to Home Depot following this transaction. I decided to check the supply area at HD and found the exact same part 3.5x cheaper. I then pulled out my phone and checked amazon, even cheaper there.

I promptly returned to this establishment and asked for a refund which they did without any negative response. The transactions went smoothly but I left feeling like they tried to take advantage of me.

Just food for thought. They may very well have what you need and smile as they provide it to you. Do your research...

I have come here several times, and their prices are usually at par with and in some instances much better than the big home improvement stores.

Plus if you have questions... you get face time... and they usually have a good idea of what you are talking about, unlike most home...
