Curaleaf is the absolute WORST! You pay outrageous prices for only Curaleaf/Select products or products of companies that Curaleaf has business/money in. Plus, they don't hire enough people for the number of clients that walk-in. Only one person for checkin, one Pharmacist and only one associate to help the customers, one at a time. ONE! I've waited almost an hour before I finally walked out! And according to Curaleaf, they have a "HIRING FREEZE" and have no plans on hiring more employees to help the situation. Curaleaf is a huge Company that has come into Utah and is buying up or pushing out any competition. Meaning, giving those of us in Utah and especially Utah County and smaller Countries no choices or options... unless we drive up to Salt Lake County. Which is about 60 miles from Utah County. We still have Cannabist Stores but now they're moving all their stores out of Utah County and up to Salt Lake County. I guarantee once that happens... prices at Curaleaf will go up and the quality will go down (which is not that great in the first place). I saw it happen in Nevada and it's now happening in Utah! Bad for us as Cannabis users and bad for our economy. Not to mention, we the consumer will either have only one choice or drive 60 miles to get our cannabis. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI normally love shopping here. The staff were so kind and supportive. Except for recently, a staff member named ākayleeā was helping me choose some products. I already had an awful day, and I mentioned this to her at the beginning when she asked me how I was doing. When she was showing me the products, I got confused about the edible gummy ratios with the products (like a normal semi-first time customer would ask). She continued to progressively get more and more frustrated and irritated when I didnāt understand what she was saying. I was already having an awful day mentally with my ptsd, and her talking down to me and getting frustrated with me, as well as talking to me like as if Iām stupid, immediately triggered me and sent me in tears when I left the shop. Iām sorry I had a hard day (thus making it difficult for me to focus) and got confused when I was asking normal first-timer questions. But I feel like it should be a staffs duty at this job to make the customer feel safe and supported getting the medicine we need.
In all, I 100% recommend this shop. I just personally donāt feel comfortable shopping in store again. Just try to request someone else to help you, besides Kaylee, if youāre shy/having a hard time/or are a beginner with...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI tried to save gas by going to competitor closer by, I messed up!! Pure Ut is worth a bit extra of a drive, that's my lesson today lol One shop wouldn't honor the voucher they give you themselves when you walk in, a "20% off 1st purchase", because my choice of product happened to be on a sale already. "We don't stack discounts" she said. With the 30% discount that was labeled on that other shop's product, but without their own 1st time 20% off, my purchase was still $7 over the non discounted price at Pure Ut. Well, Pure Ut honored all their discounts. I actually had some challenge with a single product I had purchased 2 weeks ago and I had emailed them about. It was more a bummer than anything. I failed to check back my emails, but when I walked in the store last week they brought it up themselves and made it MORE than right. So sorry I strayed, Pure Ut, I'll be back...
