Taco Bell — Restaurant in Springville

My husband and I came through this locations drive through needing something quick as we were on Our way to an even this afternoon. After placing our order, we waited for over half an hour in the line to get our food. There were only four cars ahead of us. Once we finally got to the pick up window, we waited at least another ten minutes before we were even acknowledged. The cashier at the window tried to give us the wrong drinks, and we had to correct him because he couldn't remember our order. When we finally received our food, it was not prepared correctly, and it was cold. I immediately called the restaurant and explained what had happened and requested a refund. I had my receipt number and the card I used to pay in hand so they could issue the refund. I was then told that they were unable to issue a refund over the phone and that I would have to come all the way back and come inside the restaurant to be issued a refund. So now you have not only wasted almost an hour of my time, but you want me to spend more time coming back to the restaurant and come inside for you to give me any assistance? Absolutely ridiculous. What's the point of a drive through if it's so inconvenient? I will not be returning to this location ever, and possibly not any...

I normally dislike leaving negative reviews, but this one got me. Thought we would take it easy Saturday night and not cook. Taco bell was the request from kids. So that was what we got. I agree with all of the other reviews. This location took about 3 times as long to get food in comparison to any other Taco bell. There was no line(two cars that had already ordered)when I got there, so there should be no excuse for the fact that it still took 10minutes for my food to come out of the window. Here's the fun kicker. Ordered $40-50 of food. My wife and I are the only ones that ate the chalupas and the basic tacos that come with the combos. We had the joy of waking up at 3am puking our guts out with extreme body aches and diarrhea. Our kids are totally fine. So that leads us to believe it was one of the items we ate but the kids did not. Needless to say, we will officially be permanently removing ourselves as patrons of Taco bell(at the very least this location) Thanks for ruining the Easter plans we had...

I come here almost everyday for lunch and there is a lady who works the drive- thru who has a very high pitched squeaky voice, blonde hair and glasses. Don't get this confused with the very nice lady with brown hair and glasses. The lighter haired one is always extremely rude to us and i can never figure out why. Today she had a HORRIBLE attitude over the speaker and when we got to the window there was no "hi" there was no "bye, have a nice day" instead she basically shoved our food into our hands and slammed the window on our face. She has been rude to us for MONTHS and today was just my final straw. I work in customer service so i know for a fact that IS NOT how you treat a customer, especially a loyal one who is nice regardless of the attitude she throws my way every day. One of my co-workers expiericned the same thing with her every time he comes here. Either take her out of the drive-thru or train her on customer service and just basic human decency. This...
