The female manager I think she said her name was Helan or Kellen I'm not for sure what it was honestly. She is extremely rude and has no customer sevice skills at all. She has a negative attitude and rolls hers eyes gets loud and must hate her job. This isn't the first time I encountered the same experience from the same female Hispanic manager. I was trting to get an understanding as the female employee helping me was coughing and looked ill. The so called manager was assisting another customer that was also unhappy. She put herself in our conversation basically telling me she didn't care if I switched and to just go down the street to a different location. I left before things escalated any further.
