FYDOLAND — Local services in St. Charles

I've revised my review from over a year ago-was 5 stars. This location in St. Charles has gone down hill since I started taking my GSD there May 2017. High turnover with team members that are hard working people - can't take the employee abuse any longer. Owner is a money hungry, all about herself, nice to your face, but could care less about you as the customer paying her salary and keeping the new location afloat type person and personality.

Understand, there is a difference between PLACING A DEPOSIT & PURCHASING A PACKAGE. Owner owes me $180 from a DEPOSIT payment agreement she and I agreed to since May 2017 to date. . Many long term dog owners have pulled their dogs out of this location (me as well) due to the above issues. There's much more to this story then I can post due to character limitations. I can not say enough about this Fydoland location. My Pup is a Staffordshire Pitt Mix, Zeke. Many places have no experience with their high energy level, vertical jumps, neediness and nonstop zoomies. They took Zeke in with LOVE and CARE. HE LOVES IT THERE! Zeke attends daycare 2 x a week and on Tuesdays he swims in the BIG pool with the Owner Robyn. He comes home such a happy tired Pup! I can not say enough about our experiences here. None of the others we visited even came close to comparing.

The Staff is truly caring and engaged with the Pups. They are always sharing moments and events that happen during the day and welcome all questions, inquires and updates. Their follow up is outstanding as well.

The facilities are beautiful and CLEAN! on full days the Pups even get nap time in private pup suites.

Fydoland is the best! The people are so friendly and accommodating and they take such great care of my chocolate lab. I was a little nervous to introduce her into a play group, but Robin and the exceptional staff at Fydoland took great care to make sure that Henley was safe, was being safe and was having fun! I know that when I leave Henley at Fydoland for the day, or for boarding, that she is in the best possible hands. Robin is incredibly smart, friendly and amazing with dogs and I really appreciate the great service and clean facility! I also like the packages and additional merchandise!
