Paid for custom artwork of my dog on the bar sign. Bar sign looked terrible with unclear pictures of my dog, having no definition. Requested a refund and they refused. They sent me a new sign that looked slightly better but my wedding was so soon that I had already bought another sign from Etsy that looked so much better and was cheaper. Wish they would’ve had better customer service and refunded me for my order. Pictures for reference and the photos look better than what the signs look like in person. I did, however, like the napkins they did with artwork of my dog. They were very responsive for this process and I was happy with this service. Bummed that the entire experience wasn’t positive.

Custom Ornaments aren't just for Christmas! Our church was putting together "Holy Week At Home" bags for our youngest parishioners and we wanted to add a special touch. The Rubi and Lib Design Team came up with the perfect solution. These custom metal ornaments are just adorable! On the front it says "No Bunny Loves Me Like Jesus" and the back has our church name. The service and product quality at Rubi and Lib is excellent!

I highly recommend Rubi and Lib! I ordered the 12 oz customized frosted cups and they look amazing. I was a little nervous about the shipping (I’m a procrastinator) but they were sent to me so fast! I was so impressed with overall experience that I ordered gifts for family and friends who are helping with my small wedding! I forgot to mention that the price was great too! I will use Rubi and Lib again for sure!!

I ordered some cups and koozies for my sisters baby shower and they turned out amazing! Not only were the products amazing but so was the customer service. I ordered close to the cut off time because I got distracted with finishing school, and their response times were immediate. They said there were unable to rush cup orders at that time and provided me with options. I was able to choose to put the money from rush ordering the cups to overnight shipping. I got both just in time for the baby shower and they were a hit. Their website is user friendly and full of options and customizations, and I LOVE that they send you a draft to approve before they make it. That way you know exactly what the product will look like! I highly recommend this company for all of your personalized party needs! I will definitely be using them again...

I had a sign made elsewhere that came back nothing like I had expected. I last minutely ordered from Rubi and Lib, with doubts that it would arrive on time. Not only did they make the most perfect wedding bar sign, it was here in only a couple of days. I cannot recommend this company enough and their amazing customer service and products. I would be more than happy to order from here again. We got so many compliments on our sign and people were asking left and right where...
