Infinity Blue Sport Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in St. Louis

On 3/26, I set out for a good tripe sandwich in memory of my late father and I actually tried 2other places earlier that were very disappointing 🤦🏽‍♀️so I created a Facebook post and a friend recommended this place(she insisted I go that day)…I got there close to 10 bc they close at 11 and the place is alot smaller on than it looked from the outside! Super intimate with lots of seating available and the bar looked stocked(I didn’t drink, just wanted the sammiches)-now, nobody said anything to me even when I walked back by the bar near the dart machines where the owners were singing & playing! I interrupted the guy by inquiring how to place and he had a woman take my order. I literally said, “I’d like 2tripe sandwiches with EVERYTHING on it!” She repeated my order, gave me a total of $26 then she walked to the kitchen…I decided to sit at the bar & waited all of 15mins-within this time, I peeped they were smokin hookah & I’m pretty sure I smelled some weed😬; the music was a mix of explicit & radio edited hip hop/r&b from the late 90s/2000’s and current; they also have tvs and a small area to play darts…the lady playing darts seemed to be in charge cuz a younger woman brought my food out as dine in & had to box it up🤦🏽‍♀️…the very hospitable couple thank me and asked me to leave a review-so I take the 11min drive home and pass the bag of food to the hubby(the first sammich pictured came with no pickles, onion, hot sauce or mustard 👀)…I was upset, but way more hungrier so I drive all the way back where I explained what “everything”means & that our sandwiches looked more like chicken lolbvs-The guy from earlier explained that they don’t put anything on their tripe sandwiches 👀 , but he was nice enough to remake it and gave me a sample of his(it had hot sauce and ketchup on it-soo 🔥too)…15mins later, foods ready and they give me hella onion and pickle then I asked for mustard(everyone knows to shake mustard before every use but she didn’t and all water came out🤦🏽‍♀️🤢)…I actually asked the guy to dress mine up like his lol-I get home anddddd it was well worth the wait frfr! My tripe sammich had the perfect stretch, was flaky and seasoned to perfection 🔥🔥! Overall, I truly enjoyed the food and the owners really displayed great professionalism when I raised my concern…ima be back for them tripe...

The owner and bartender are extremely kind and accommodating. I ride a motorcycle and accidentally left my backpack,and it had a thermos some tools, a brand new unopened box of turtles(chocolate), and a couple rattle cans of paint. I thought for sure by the next evening when I was able to get there I would hear something like somebody must have took that or owner threw it away or anything other than yeah we kept it for you which they did. That's a rare thing...
