SINCE MY MOM BEEN STAYING HERE I HAVE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THE STAFF HERE AND I AM TIRED OF THE FOOLISH THAT GOES ON! FIRST OF ALL I HAVE BEEN CALLING EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE BECAUSE THE LEASING OFFICE WANT TO GIVE THE FIRE DEPARTMENT A KEY TO LOCK HER DOOR WITHOUT MAKING SURE SHE HAS HER OWN KEYS TOO GET IN! SECOND I HAVE BEEB CALLING EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE SINCE 11PM AND THEY JUST NOW CALLING BACK AT 2:50AM LIKE SERIOUSLY SMFH MY MOM IS DEAF SHE DOESN’T UNDERSTAND SOMETIMES WHAT PEOPLE SAY AND ALSO I ASKED IF HE COULD MAKE SURE MY MOM DOESN’T FALL SINCE HE WANT HER TO WALK ALL THE WAY TO THE FRONT AND BACK TO THE FOURTH FLOOR AND MY MOM HAS HAD HEART SURGERY SMH JUST TO SEE IF SHE THERE TO LET HER IN HER OWN HOUSE AND HE SAY HE CANNOT HELP A RESIDENT WOW SMFH THIS IS THE LAST STRAW AND I AM TIRED AND I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE AND IF CORPORATE DON’T MAKE CHANGES I WILL GO TO HOUSING AUTHORITY THEY OVER SEE LOW INCOME AND SECTION 8 HOUSING IN ALL APARTMENT COMPLEX SO I AM ASKING YOU ARE TO CARE MORE ABOUT YOUR RESIDENTS INSTEAD OF THAT RENT MONEY AND I DON’T WANT TO HEAR THE LIES! I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 20YRS. I'M LOOKING FOR ANOTHER APARTMENT AS I SPEAK. WHEN I FIRST MOVE IN IT WAS VERY NICE BUT NOW IT'S NEW JACK CITY YOU DON'T WANT TO MAKE THIS YOUR HOME IT IS NOT SAFE EVEN WITH SECURITY WHICH DOESN'T WORK. THERE HAVE BEEN PEOPLE BREAKING IN OTHER APARTMENTS LIKE I SAID WHAT SECURITY NOW YOU BETTER HAVE YOUR 🔫 WHEN YOU LEAVE YOUR APARTMENT.YOU COMPLAIN TO THEM BUT NOTHING IS EVER DONE,THEY KNOW WHAT"S GOING ON IN THE BUILDING BUT REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT it. They go up on your rent every year even if you get a raise on your check. You can't get your income tax if you're a senior, that's $750.00 you lose every year. Very cheap floor tiles, you have to mop every day or else they'll turn yellow, out dated appliances, plumbing problems. Update the building is still bad no improvement it's worse. 7-30-24 still bad. Thank you for the information I'll greatly appreciate it because I was just getting ready to come and look at that property next week I did not know that all of this was going on at that location this is truly sad 🤔 I thought that they truly cared about the property and the elderly people that lived in that building it sounds like to me that they need to be investigated somebody somebody either need to call St Louis City health department or either call the Better Business bureau to let them know what is truly going on in that building I truly thought that the elderly people that live in that building was very safe and they cared about the property to upkeep the property and keep the property to it's standards if people are paying there's rent it is your duty as the leasing office landlord whoever's in charge to keep their property up for the tenants to live in...
