Randall's Wines & Spirits — Local services in St. Louis

I’m a longtime customer, but it was my first visit to this location on the Hill. I went for the Cazadores tequila tasting and tacos from Rock Star. The tacos were yummy, and I ended up purchasing one of the tequilas as a result.

The staff at this - as well as the other locations - are always friendly and helpful. Randall’s marketing events and classes are always a hit for me and I try to participate as my schedule allows.

One thing about Randall’s: if they don’t have a product, they will try to get it. It’s rare though, that I can’t find what I’m looking for here. And their prices are usually a bit lower than anywhere else. It’s my go-to for liquor,...

Firstly I want to say they have a great selection! Customer service was trash unfortunately. I don't know if they were having a bad day or what but I didn't feel comfortable in there and just grabbed one item and left as fast as I could. The lady was yelling at me because I accidentally went the wrong direction to get to the counter. She spoke to me like a misbehaved child and it rubbed me the wrong way. Then the guy closed the door in my face when they had the open signal gave me a dirty look and said "we are still closed sorry". I should have just left at that point. Good looking store but horrible people. First and last time...

This is my local Randall’s. Staff is friendly when you want to engage but doesn’t force you to engage if you’re trying to get in and out. More often than not there are close out wines in a shopping cart when you first walk in which is great if you’re looking for a cheap bottle. Decent selection of wine and they just installed beer coolers in the back which was a major upgrade. Things are pretty well labeled throughout the store, with sections for local and international beer. Good selection of NA options as well. Not a ton of great deals on beer regularly but always good sales on wine...
